This guarantee is obviously not warranted for your trip as there were whales. It was also brought to our attention that you did not wish to move around the vessel to an appropriate vantage point to experience the whales as everyone else did despite the efforts of our crew. You've gone to the trouble of copying and pasting this "review" on our social media posts, google profile, trip advisor, and even by email because a wild animal did not perform to your liking on the day. Very unreasonable.
