Take it or leave it. The pub is clean but tired, staff and locals always friendly and open at a decent time. Cheaper than two of the top end establishments. Decent parking and outside smoking area.

The town has many pubs and therefore lots of competition. This is a large pub and has great potential but it needs a great deal of work to upgrade it. The fixtures and fittings are very 'tired', the carpets and decor leave much to be desired. The beer is kept well and the staff are friendly but in the face of the local competition it is hard to see how it has survived to date, never mind survive into the future unless some major work is undertaken.

A lovely quaint pub, in Market Deeping, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and a very good place to park the car, only a pound a day, if you have business in the area.
