Scam company and not at all worth the high price. They gave me a spoilt ATV and when I asked them to change it they gave me another spoilt ATV (the brakes didn't work). When I told them about it, they made me sit behind the guide for the whole ride. When I complained about it they simply refused to acknowledge the issue and said "sorry but sometimes the ATVs are spoilt and we cannot do anything about it". They basically refused to help me out despite giving me spoilt ATVs. Typical of a dirty scam company. Also the track is really small but they make you take many circles in a simple track in order to pass the time and make it look like a big ride. The food in the cafeteria is absolutely pathetic and not even worth eating for free. Overall the worst experience I've ever had and would not recommend anyone to use this company since they're a scam.

Dont do it!!! It was the worst thing I have done/seen during my stay at Bali.
1. Organization is soo bad - I booked 2 single rides with “Bali ATV Quadbike Adventure”, which has great rating, on whatsapp. We arrived (30 min by scooter) on the address given by google but did not find any ATV. After contacting them on whatsapp, that we cannot find the place, the guy sent me the link for the meeting point, which he forgot to sent before (fine, can happen), and which was again more than 30 min driving. We deciced to decline. Then he called and proposed us to come to his another company “ATV Green Bali Adventure”, which was 5 min driving, we agreed. We paid, after 30 min waiting, we were taken to preparation area. Then the lady told us, we are not on the list and we shall wait to join another group (even though we arrived earlier than other participants).
2. Lie. I was told the group is made of 8-12 people (after asking). That was totall LIE! We were around 20 people there!
3. Boring. The reality is, you drive 20 min on the normal road to get to final “adventure” location, waiting all the time for all the others. Same during the trail - the real driving time was maybe 30 min maximum, the rest is really waiting time every <50m. Super annoying.
4. Noo fun at all. Trail is while premade narrow canal. You need to really focus to not get stacked anywhere or fell. Even the guide fell into concrete canal!! A bit of fun was in the middle of the trail, while driving in circle of about 100 m circumference.
5. Poor safety. The quads are very poorly maintenanted and in quite bad condition. My breaks did not work properly (few times I was really scared to drive steep slippery downhill) and chain fell off, other quad got broken on the way. Battery is exposed while riding in water, mud. Maybe it is normal…
6. No service. We took a break for 20 min and we could additionaly buy some drinks. Considering the price of 700k per person, I would expect to be at least offered for free with small bottle of water. I asked by myself to just get one 2dl bottle, being extremly thirsty in this weather, as I saw there were whole water packages available!!
Overal - I was just praying to leave this place as soon as possible and just end this “fun” adventure ride. I believe, there are better companies in Bali to do quads!! This one is to only make as much money as possible, with absolutely no customer oriented service, and even jeopardizing people safety! On top, many reviews seems to be fake!

Rip off, cost 1.2m IDR. Our driver took us here so we had no option and was shocked at the price.. should only cost half of that.

Horrible experience here, staff are not friendly and accomodating. Do not pay more than 400k. There are better tracks with different company, and had many issues with quads. Including a tire popping infront of my partners quad causing his ears to ring. Chain came off, and wheel came off causing our group to double up. Was not what we expected. Definitely feel ripped off paying 700k. Asked for a 200k each refund back and did not budge as we felt like paying what it was worth.

An awesome day! Well organised, lovely lunch! Super fun guide! Great track! Was my first time on a quad bike & managed very well, functions of bike were explained well at beginning of tour. We think it was great value for money. We would definitely do this again & would highly recommend to family & friends 🧡

Interesting experience! It is not simple and requires some physical strength to manage the quad. The beginning, after arriving at the forest path, is the most demanding, but after the initial run-in, a phase of relaxed enjoyment follows. Everything is well organized, assistants are at every step...

Pls. STAY AWAY 01 June 2024 Total Reap off Check price first before booking! they charge 1,200,000 IDR ( around 110 AUD per person) for a single ATV on site without hotel transfer. I realised it to late. I would make a complaint but I dont want to ruin our holiday. We went their our selves by recommendation of our tour guide. I trusted him on this only to be disappointed. Also you initiate communication as staff dont assist you at all. Better deals on line and else where with better experience ,more honest I hope. It was only for less than an hour duration for ATV and food included was instant noodle with egg and bottle of water. I personaly think it was very over priced not worth it at all. Also Kids 6 year old tandem with parent is same price as an adult I dont usualy write a review but I think People should know for options.
I hope the company is happy doing this to their guest its a scam. We are here to have fun and we hope for honest Bali experience,guys like you ruin how we view Bali experience. Thank you.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would without hesitation. This quad getaway was a real scam! We were lured by the promise of a 1h30 adventure, including waterfalls, muddy paths, and thrills. But what a disappointment! Barely 40 minutes of activity, moving in single file behind 10 quads, making any acceleration impossible. And what about this so-called natural waterfall, actually fed by a garden hose hidden in the bushes?
All for the modest sum of €60 for two people. To top it off, deplorable organization, non-existent safety instructions, and quads equipped with barely functional brakes. Their response to our criticism? “The 1h30 includes the shower and the restaurant”, information which is carefully omitted.
I strongly advise you not to waste your money on these scammers. Much prefer to turn to another service provider for an authentic and worthy experience.

The staff is not hospitable. They said already call our name but in actual they missed the call. Please check your staff behavior. It’s so inconvenience for our holiday to wait more than 2 hours. Our first slot booking supposed to be at 1PM, and then their front desk said we will play at 3pm, we arrived at 3PM, than we should wait again. It’s so unprofessional.

Green Bali Adventure did not attend to my husband when he and my son crashed on their quad bike breaking multiple ribs and suffering a lung puncture. They didn’t write up an incident report, or offer any medical assistance. They also refused to activate their insurance for him while marketing that you are insured. Beware of this group who are fair weather friends.
