Long Beach in San Vicente, Palawan has been named as such because of the 14-km stretch of coastline where one can do about anything one hopes to accomplish on a relaxing vacation.
That is, only one's own choice of pictures to post on social media will remain the only intrusion one will ever encounter. No need to fear the noise and crowd that define the rest of the other beach destinations in the Philippines.
Indulge in swimming, sun-bathing, playing beach volleyball, jogging. Embark on a sunset cruise in the summer season or a sunset album for your instagram.
Definitely an amazing way to amass stories worth a lifetime.

Awesome beach; pure white sand nearly as far as the eye can see and gentle surf. At times the ocean looks like a lake, at other times there is a significant swell at the shore, but the water is clean and clear throughout the cycles.

Long Beach in San Vicente Palawan is panoramic and pristine. It is a long stretch of nice water to swim and to surf. It has a few hostels in the other end called alimanguan. It a bit far from San Vicente town, but there are many e-trikes you can hire.

Cette plage est vraiment très belle et toujours préservée, cela aurait pu être notre coup de coeur de Palawan mais c'était sans compter sur les mouches de sable.
J'ai été piquée sur tout le corps en grande partie dans le dos, j'ai eu au moins 100 piqûres. Démangeaison assurée durant tout le séjour...

When we visited the long beach and stayed on a well known resort aling long beach we have been warned of sand fleas bites and advice to have off lotion. Even when we applied off lotion we where still bitten by this bugs. Be aware and ask locals if its safe to swim in the beach.

The best beach vacations are those spent to connect with oneself and the significant others - a partner, friend, siblings, children,etc. And such connections can only be realized in the solitude and calmness brought just by the sound of the waves. Only Long Beach in San Vicente provides such a backdrop as compared to its neighboring El Nido or the definitely crowded Boracay.
Sleep & be awaken with the murmuring waves and chirping of the birds. Bask in the greenery of your surroundings. Everything at much more value than your normal beach destinations. Lounging in a hammock definitely guaranteed.

Zo mooi, wel verwacht maar nooit eerder mee gemaakt. Achter het strand en palmbomen aan de doorgaande weg de minder mooie kant. Staan allemaal zelf gemaakte krotten en huizen. De mensen zijn arm maar wel gelukkig op hun manier. Met rond de 30 graden is het zelfs in Oktober heerlijk hier ondanks er af en toe een goede stortbui is, maar die verfrist de temperatuur lekker.

Not really white sand but still very nice and we had the beach all to ourselves, like really. Only a few local children were playing and sometimes a boat will dock, otherwise this piece of paradise was all ours. Gets a bit tedious but with the clean waters and my family company, wat do you need more of? OK, maybe some food and drinks!

You can either rent a single motor bike (but too dangerous because the road is really bad particularly when it rains - the mud is slippery and deep)
You can take a van going to San Vicente town proper from there you can rent a public transport called tricycle going to Long Beach.
