Was on a brewery tour with a fantastic tour guide name Patracia. She had a unique, and at times funny, way to conway the history of the brewery. Her english was clean and without any accent at all. As a bonus info. She is also an actor. So 5 star from me and wife.

We wanted to visit the Prazdroj Brewery, but unfortunately we had not all that time available. So we just saw minimally the site.

If you visit Plzen, you must take the brewery tour. It is an interesting experience, especially knowing that this is the only place where Pilsen Urquell is brewed. Here you can learn how the Pilsner Urquell is made and the history behind the original pilsner beer. The brewery is quite large and the tour takes approximately 2 hours, during which you can visit the areas where the main brewing processes take place. The tour ends in the cellars, where the beer tasting has place. Our guide was a young woman who was really nice and passionate about her job.
They also have a souvenir shop with lots of stuff customed with the brands they brew.

Pretty disappointed. Unmotivated, passive aggressive guide. Mediocre tour. No emotions and just boring. Auch a pity since this tour has so much potential. Beer tasting did a bay include one small glass. We were refused a refill.

Velice zajímavá exkurse s ochutnávkou nepasterizovaného piva z dřevěného sudu. Prohlídka historických částí pivovaru i hal s nejmodernějšími technologiemi. Sklepení se zrajícím pivem.

Non ê una visita eccitante, però è affascinante, specie per la superficie vastissima e per la conservazione dei macchinari originali, seppur non più in uso. È un museo sui generis, diverso da qualunque altro e per questo merita una visita e lascerà certamente un ricordo.. incredibili le cantine, ottima la birra appena uscita dalla botte. Peccato che alle 16 non c'erano più visite in inglese/tedesco, ma solo in ceco. C'è una bella app, che però va a fatica per via della scarsa connessione.
Per i bambini invece è stato noioso.

Ein Mix zwischen kompetenter Führung in perfektem Deutsch mit kleine Filmchen, einem Bus-Shuttle zu einer anderen location mit Brauerei- und Kellerbesichtigung: Sehr kurzweilig, sehr lehrreich und abwechslungsreich dargeboten. Wirklich gut gemacht.

Pilsner Urquell is killer beer & this was an opportunity to see how it's made.
The tour is pretty long, around 2 hours & ours was quite busy but we really enjoyed it & our guide was excellent.
You see how the beer is brewed, stored, bottled & shipped as well as learning about the history of the brewery & the beer itself.
Best part, trying the unfiltered (unpasteurised) beer down in the cellar. I love unfiltered beer, so that was a real treat.
If you're coming to Plzen, definitely come here, it's a brilliant way to learn about the history, not just of the city's most famous export, but the city itself.

Amazing tour full of history and knowledge. But…the flow of the tour was wrong. Tell a story from start to finish! Yet this journey started basically at the end - with bottling. More than one beer would have been nice too. BUT WORST OF ALL IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. We had to change our preferred day for a large group tour. We provided them 36 hours advance notice. Yet they are closed on the weekends (despite tours operating). So we had to book the tickets a second time and then requested a refund on the original booking. They refused. This is highly disappointing considering the money we spent on the tour and especially merchandise in the shop afterwards. Beware!

bonjour ,
il y a des départs réguliers dans la journée ( toutes les heures ) . Par contre les visites se font soit en anglais, allemand ou tcheque. Un écran à l'accueil indique l'horaire des départs et la langue.
pour le prix il faut compter env 4-5 euros par personne.
par contre ne pas oublier d'enmener des gilets ou vestes car la visite de la cave se fait avec 7/8 degres !!

Hi! The tour includes all aspects of the brewery, including the underground, a beer tasting, the processing plant, and ends in the gift shop. It was very enjoyable. Book your tickets in advance would be my word of advice to you. Enjoy! Prost!--
