This center is a perfect spot to spend (easily) three hours with kids and teenagers. Many activities, touching different aspects of science: from senses to electricity, from movements to planes constructions. A particularly appreciated one is the bike on a rope at 10m high. The only downside: some of the activities (and the 3d movie) are only in Czech. The vast majority are instead translated in English and German. A cafeteria in the basement can come handy.

If you have children of any age be sure to go there. It is also interesting and educational for adults. Lots of interactive experiments and interesting things.

A really exciting hands-on museum with lots to do that will keep the children happy for at least two hours. Thoroughly recommended.

We came there at 3 pm, left when they were closing at 6 pm, but if they would be open until 7, we would stay until 7. If we find ourselves again in Brno I think kids will want to go there.
All explanations you can find in czech, english and german. We’ve watched also a 3D movie about dinosaurs there. We tried many many things and still didn’t read all the explanations. It was interesting as for kids as for me.

Když nevíte co s dětmi,zajeďte si do VIDY. Super zábava pro děti i pro dospělé. Návštěva uřčitě na minimálně 3-4 hodiny. Jen doporučuji, navštívit ji, když je venku hezky ....V opačném případě počítejte s větší návštěvností .....Za nás " Díky VIDO a díky všem co se o ni staráte :)

Pro děti super. Pro starší už méně. Část atrakcí nefungovala, protože to návštěvníci zdemolovali - nestíhali to opravovat. U všech atrakcí by měl stát personál a zamezit jakémukoli ničení ze strany rozmazlených a neovladatelných dětí. Chápu že je to těžké a nejspíš i nerealizovatelné ale pokud někdo poničí atrakci hned bych mu naúčtoval flastr za zničení. Celkový dojem průměr, neurazí ani nenadchne.

Ok underholdning, dog var flere forlystelser slet ikke åben .. og det var høj sæson ... medarbejdere gik rundt og rettede på tingene uden at være der for kunderne...

The centre is focused for hands-on experience in a large hall with small external area (opened in summer only). Our six years old daughter enjoyed the visit and we spent almost three hours by testing and exploring of various science topic suited also for younger kids. There are some 3D movies available. A small diner is part of the centre, but they were unable to accept credit cards during our visit there, whilst the centre tickets sales did.
