We were all excited about this ER, got in the room Harry Potter. It started off playing a audio song, but recording/ sound was bad, made it difficult to hear what was sung and also communicate with the team. The clues and hints were not «smoothed», and did not always make sense. I see from previous reviews that it seems common to be understaffed in the gamemaster room. We experienced the same, no answer on the walkietalkie, and if they answered we had to explain for a long time what we had already done. Plus, something must have happened in their control room, the screen in the ER room changed it’s music from «magical» to hard rock music(??), which was terrible to try and play the game in. At the end, we took a photo with the ER in the background and were told to delete photo. I have never been in an ER room before (and I have been in lots all over the world) where it isn’t ended with a group photo in the room for memory. Could it be that they are operating without an official licence on a registered trademark?
The state of the room(s), was rundown and a bit shabby.
Would not reccomend a visit, plenty others in Krakow.

The escape room was really well planned and a lot of fun! We really enjoyed our visit and game! The staff were great and very friendly, they even let us continue to play the room when our time had run out just so we could finish which was very nice of them

Great for first time too

It was our first time visit to escape room in general. We took room - Prison break, which we find the most interesting from what they offered to us, we came without booking so was only three rooms available at the time. Room for us was interesting and for the first time we managed to escape one minute over given time, which was 60 min, so we still consider that we managed 😄 room was not hard, beginners can try their luck, like we did. My partner did most of it so for me I needed maybe a bit more time to catch up everything. Overall was a great experience and after this room we were looking forward to do more escape rooms.

We visited Exit Room on our last day in Krakow. We booked the Killer room which I was very nervous about!
We were debriefed but there wasnt much of a story line, if any. We were seperated and the game started off very well. However there was no sound effects or music in the first room and we could hear everything going on outside which ruined the theme.
They also use safes which are locked for minutes at a time when you enter the wrong code in several times and these become increasingly frustrating. Better to just lock the door to the drawer with the safe with a padlock.
We then continued, and the ending was just a doll with 'The End' on it. No one came to the door. No one was paying attention as we had to ask what to do now we've found the doll via the walkie talkie. There was zero debrief, feedback request, just OK bye. Very odd and made it very awkward.
There were some really clever puzzles in the game. Some very tricky.
Probably wont be back.

Great fun

We went as a group of four. Booked last minute and went same day. We did the killer room. Very good and well thought out. We did need a few clues. We made it 4 mins over the time.

I've been there for the second time, and unfortunately some human errors distrupted the experience. The first time, something was supposed to fall of a box - it didn't. The second time, we bypassed half of the experience, due to staff negligience. Still, paid the full price.

Mimo rezerwacji pokoi nikt z obsługi nie zjawił się w budynku, nie reagowano na pukanie, nikt nie oddzwonił na liczne telefony. Naszej grupie nie udało się w ogóle dostać do środka i rozpocząć. Dno.

Not too bade, depending on what room

A group of 4 of us from England came to Krakow for a trip away and we are keen enthusiasts of escape rooms. We booked two rooms back to back, Sexmission and Wonderland.

Sexmission was really bad :( The clues didn't add up at all and the who experience was so poor because the items and room were really tired. It could be a lot of fun but unfortunately we didn't enjoy it at all.

Wonderland was a different story however. It was well put together and the clues made the room flow. We did enjoy this one.

The rooms are very cheap and are worth a go but I would strongly advise staying away from Sexmission!!

So much fun

We were three friends visiting from Norway. Had a great time! The staff was super helpful and kind and the rooms were challenging. We tried both Killer and Sexmission, would definetly recommend both of them. We’re probably gonna return the next time we’re visiting Kraków! :)
