We booked this trip through our hotel (Golden Tulip /City Centre) and expected to be part of a much bigger tour, however when collected from our hotel we realised we were having an exclusive trip and tour guide. Our driver Pietrik was wonderful! Friendly, knowledgable and keen to cater to our interests. He asked us what we liked to see, made recommendations and took us to places in Zakopane that were hugely interesting. A brilliant trip to the beautiful snowy highlands of Poland with an exceptional guide. We love to return in the summer months to do the National Park treks. Highly recommended!

Used MCiT Tours for our trips the Auschwitz & the Salt Mines. We were picked up from our hotel on time in a 8 seater mini bus on both trips. Both the drivers we had were excellent, very helpful & looked after us very well. I would highly recommend them.

We went with this tour operator twice, it was booked through our hotel on their reccomendation, and we were really pleased, we went to Auschwitz and also the Wreliczka salt mines, both trips were hotel pickups, the drivers were polite and helpful once at the tour destination we were handed over to our guide, our guides were very informative, both tours were relaxed we never felt rushed and we were given enough time to explore gift/book shops

Booked the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour with this operator through the hotel. The guide, Anna, was remarkable and treated what is an incredibly difficult subject with a huge degree of compassion and respect. Highly recommended

Absolutely amazing trip and service all round, picked up on time, friendly driver, very informative and helpful. the Guide was also amazing, very passionate and really new her history. It was the best money I have ever spent on a tour, absolute value for money. Dropped back to hotel. there is nothing I can say bad about this tour operator,

We had booked this tour thru the hotel. The pick up from the hotel was timely, the drive to the mine uneventful, the guided tour and experience amazing. The negative was that we made the payment with my credit card and the driver charged us in Australian dollars and not Zloty in spite of my asking him to do that. The receipt clearly showed Australian dollars yet he insisted that he had selected Zloty. On our way back to the hotel I asked him to take me to his office so that I could sort it out with another officer of the company. He then phoned his office and explained the issue. He was told that he had overcharged us, by my calculation by almost 12%. He sheepishly admitted that he had overcharged us and agreed to reimburse me in cash. Such unethical conduct is not conducive to maintaining a good reputation as a provider of such services. Buyer beware!!!!!

I booked the tour for myself and my 14 yr old son via our hotel
The hotel arranged everything with a company called MCit. They collected us from the hotel and took us to Auschwitz. It takes about an hour and a half to travel there from Krakow
We had a guided tour with a very knowledgable guide
I had some knowledge of the horrors of Auschwitz prior to visiting but I was extremely moved and at times, quite upset by some of the accounts of the things people had to endure there
My son was also shocked and visibly affected by it
Some of the exhibitions and photographs were really shocking and moving
From Auschwitz, they took us on the short bus ride to Birkenhau which was known as Auschwitz 2. Again this was unsettling and upsetting, particularly in relation to the accounts about the treatment of children in the camps
I would recommend the trip to anyone visiting Krakow albeit I don’t feel it would be suitable for children under High school age
I felt humbled and exhausted after we had been. I strongly feel that we owe it to those poor people who suffered such horrors there, that we should visit the place, acknowledge their suffering, pay our respects to them and pray that nothing like this ever happens again

Very impressed with MCiT Tours - from the coordination at the office to the fantastic driver and amiable professional, Piotr, and an amazing guide, Anderzej, the agency and its employees showed should be the preferred option in Krakow. Congratulations to MCiT.

We used this company twice to go to Auschwitz and to the Salt mines. Each time they arrived on time. Both drivers were very nice polite, friendly and helpful. The vehicles were clean. Prices were competative with other tour companies. Would recommend.

Via ons hotel (Unicus) deze tour geboekt. Op de afgesproken tijd opgehaald door een heel vriendelijke mevrouw. We werden met een minibus naar de site gebracht. Tijdens de 1 uur durende rit naar Auschwitz heeft ze een film opgezet. Eens aangekomen direct door de security kunnen gaan met onze gids Patricia. Mocht je rugzak te groot zijn (Max. A4 groot) kan die veilig achtergelaten worden in het busje. Alles was perfect in orde en de gids was erg gepassioneerd. Na de bezichtiging van Auschwitz en een korte pauze met het minibusje naar Birkenau gebracht waar dezelfde gids ons stond op te wachten. Wij zouden zeker opnieuw hier boeken. Deze trip heeft ons alles in 160 Zloty per persoon gekost.
