En anderledes oplevelse end du tror. Her får du fortællingen om croissant fra Poznan også byens historie. Vi tog foredraget på engelsk. Vi havde en 12 årig med og han følte sig underholdt.

A different and fun way to tell the story behind the St. Martin Crossiant and show how to bake it. We as visitors become involved in it in a humorous and educational way.

The croissant museum goes over the history of the St. Martin's Croissant and the preparation of the croissant including demonstration and lots of audience participation. This was very interactive for families with children but they did get adults involved as well - everyone was welcome to put on an apron and a chef's hat but the presenter would ask for certain age groups to join him at different times. The presenters are very funny as well.
We had a short time window while in Poznan so we booked a Polish show at 11:00. They explained to us that the presentation would be in Polish and the shows for English speakers are at 14:00 but we were prepared for this going in. Our one friend speaks Polish and was very entertained and we got the jest of it all so we enjoyed it too.
If you go to the 11:00 show you will also get the best view of the famous Poznan goats at the top of the clock tower at 12:00. There are also lots of opportunities to take pictures of the croissant making process for the famous St. Martin's Croissant. They also explain what certificate to look for when you go to a bakery in Poland that claims to make the croissant, the weight of the croissant (which can be quite heavy) and some very funny jokes. Please note that this is more of a presentation than an a museum so expect to stay for about 50 minutes for the presentation and leave. The presenters are available for questions afterwards and we did take some photos.
The cost to go is 35 zloty and tickets can be purchased online or at the door. The croissant museum is located in Old Town Poznan near the market Square and town hall. We thought it was worthwhile and I enjoyed eating the croissants but it is a different style that might not be for everyone.

We booked the tour, not knowing what to expect, but we were impressed by how fun and immersive listening to an hour talk about St. Martins Croissants could be. The participation parts were a lot of fun. Both presenters were charismatic, energetic, funny, and very entertaining.

Great spot, interactive show was very interesting, you can take part in it and help make some croissants as well as learn a bit of history.

Hi. The focus of the event is to show you the history of this typical dessert, in a funny way.
During the show the just use the traditional recipe. Try or not the croissant (small piece) is up to you.
When the show ends Yo can go to the shop and buy. Maybe there they have a vegan option.
