Sehr interessante und engagiert geleitete Tour.
Jan ist ein super Tourguide. Mit viel Humor und geschichtlichem Hintergrund erzählte uns Jan viel über Piran.
Sonnenuntergang, Wein- Olivenöl- und Häppchenverkostung waren der krönende Abschluß dieser Tour.
Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Jan führte uns gut 2 Stunden kurzweilig und charmant durch Pirans Gässchen, erörterte die Geschichte des Küstenort, gab Tipps zu Restaurants und lokalen Must Haves.

Jan was amazing! Me and boyfriend arrived in Piran late afternoon and didn’t know what to do…until luckily my boyfriend persuaded me to do the 6pm walking tour with local wine and food. We did not regret it! Jan is so knowledgable and gave a fabulous introduction to Piran. The local wine and olive oil was brilliant and great value for money! Thankyou Jan for a fabulous first evening in Piran.

Our guide was really engaged in the tour (which can sometimes be rare for a walking tour) and he took us to some really authentic places. The tasting of wine and food was delicious and I ended up buy some food from the place. A great experience and I would say a must if you are visiting Piran.

Great tour, our guide really knew the facts and the history of Piran. We walked around the center of Piran and our guide was really fun and interesting to listen to. The tour ended with a small tasting of two Slovenian wines and other Slovenian products such as truffle and olive oil. Summary; a great tour, highly recommended.

Piran isn't a large town but it is very picturesque and has plenty of history. This tour takes advantage exactly of that - the guide took us to the most beautiful places (beautiful views, sunset) and told us the essentials of history of Piran. He also included some stories, which I found really fun.
The tour is finished by a tasting of wine and local (Slovenian) products, which were all amazing btw.
The guide talks in an English that is easy to understand, which we appreciate because we aren't native speakers and sometimes struggle with more complex vocabulary.
Overall - amazing experience, beautiful place, great guide, would recommend. (No I didn't get paid to write this review, I just really liked the tour.)

We really enyojed the Tour with Jan! He had many interesting facts about the City and Region to tell and the regional product-tasting was absolutely delicious! We would definitely recommend!

Die Entdeckungsreise mit Jan war einfach wunderbar! Jan hat uns die Stadt Piran nähergebracht und die kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten dieser Region. Er hat uns sehr professionell durch die Stadt geführt und uns neben seinen witzigen privaten Geschichten auch viel über die Geschichte der Stadt erzählt. Die Speisen waren gut ausgesucht und einfach nur vorzüglich!!! Wir hätten die Tour am ersten Tag machen sollen, dann wäre uns die mühsame Restaurantsuche erspart geblieben. Wir hatten nach der Tour das Gefühl, die Stadt viel besser zu kennen und mit ihr jetzt mehr verbunden zu sein.
Lieber Jan, du hast uns einen außergewöhnlichen Nachmittag beschert, den wir nie vergessen werden und den wir nur allen wärmstens empfehlen können. Ich schwebe jetzt noch auf Wolken (Elke)
