Molto pittoresco nel contesto del centro e vicino a Piazza Tartini, direi che soffermarsi a guardare il mare è molto rilassante.

Sehr pittoresker Ort, vor allem abends sehr romantisch (wenn es nicht zu voll ist) und stimmungsvoll, mit den vielen Booten in dem kleinen Hafen.Der Hauptplatz von Piran, der zum Hafen hin offen ist, ist ebenso sehenswert, im Hintergrund der Campanile. Und wenn man die Abenddämmerung von der Rooftopbar aus genießt, hat man alles richtig gemacht.

Il porto, un tempo chiamato Mandracchio e che trovava parte della sua collocazione dove oggi sorge Piazza Tartini, è assai pittoresco circondato da panorami marini, barchette colorate, case di ispirazione veneziana e viuzze dove perdersi alla ricerca di angoli suggestivi di una gran bella cittadina!

It naturally follows that after seeing the main square, climbing the walls and seeing the church then you next move would be to come down again and explore the harbour area. This is lovely for a stroll or to call into one of the many places to eat or drink overlooking the sea. It really is a laid back and relaxed scene to enjoy. Do not forget to seek out the carved stones that form the sea breakers.

Una sottile lingua di terra che si protende nelle acque dell'Adriatico.
Un reticolato di strette vie medievali che salgono gradualmente il pendio, fitte case dalle facciate delicatamente colorate, sette porte rimaste conservate nelle mura cittadine del VII° secolo, un campanile in stile veneziano replica in scala ridotta di quello di San Marco, piazze che invitano a socializzare di fronte ad una birra o ad un piatto di pedoči.
La città del compositore Tartini è un monumento alle diverse architetture dei secoli passati.

The port of Piran is a pleasant place to walk close by the sea, along the shore. The harbour is full of various small boats (some recent ones and some older ones), which adds up to the view to make the atmosphere quite relaxing.
Moreover, the port is situated next to several buildings with an interesting architecture (maybe not as great as in Piran’s downtown), and various restaurants and cafes.

Ob in Kroatien, Frankreich, Griechenland, Italien, Spanien oder eben Slowenien - die kleinen Mittelmeerhäfen mit ihren Fischer- und Sportbooten, Segel- und Motoryachten sind immer ein Anziehungspunkt, nicht nur für Fotografen, sondern eben auch für alle, die das südlich-maritime Flair lieben. Am besten in eines der Promenadencafés setzen und einfach das Leben genießen:-)

beau vieux port typique , promenade au bord de l'eau et restaurant , belle ville ancienne
par contre galère pour y acceder, centre interdit , ou alors venir par l'arriere et payer 10euros/.h pour se garer
à lextremité de la ville on adu aller se garer en amont et descendre 350 marches par un petit chemin pour y acceder et je vous raconte pas pour remonter en fin de journée avec la fatigue et la chaleur
par contre galère pour y acceder, centre interdit , ou alors venir par l'arriere et payer 10euros/.h pour se garer
