All of the information about the event was clearly provided on our website, where you booked your tickets. On your confirmation email, the meeting point provided was Nomád Traveler's bar, and the ending point at Instant-Fogas Komplexum - both a considerable distance away from the river. All of the details on your confirmation email, apart from the standard greeting text that appears on all confirmation emails, very clearly indicated that you booked a pub crawl, not a boat party. With all due respect and consideration for your understandable disappointment, it's undeniable that your lack of attention during the entire booking process, and failure to check the details on your confirmation email until the last minute, was the real cause of your misfortune. Despite this, when arriving at the meeting point of the boat, our staff offered to transfer your tickets to the boat party, provided you paid the price difference. You had the option to attend the party you wanted, at the same price as all of the other guests. You chose not to. Instead, you demanded a refund by email, threatening to leave bad reviews otherwise. It is unfortunate for any business to have their reviews and ratings negatively impacted by guests who bring on their own demise by not paying due attention when booking.
