Located near my hotel! I passed by this statue several times while walking around the city, Nothing especisl about it!, but if you love cats, take some selfies with this statue.

It’s just a sculpture of a cat. Nothing more. It’s been created in memory of Lithuanian writer Jurga Ivanauskaitė who lived nearby. There’s benches around were you can sit down but that’s it. Wouldn’t recommend travelling here specifically except for maybe you’re fanatic about cats.

The statue is of a cat. If you like cats, walk past it and take some photos. If you don't like cats, avoid it. It's really that simple. I once had a friend lose something r important on the ground near the statue, or so we assumed, only to never see it again. Perhaps its a bad luck statue to make us lose such a nice thing. Perhaps that friend was just incompetent.

Very good statue. 10/10 would visit again. Fun and pretty statue that is fun for the whole family. We used scooters to get there.

Hauska patsas. Ei nyt sinänsä mikään kovin suuri nähtävyys, mutta jos on ohikulkumatkalla noilla suunnilla niin miksipä ei kävisi nappaamassa kuvaa tästä katista.

The cat sculpture was donated by Lietuvos Dujos AB, a former Lithuanian energy (natural gas) company. Some people seem to stick all kinds of stickers and tag the sculpture with permanent markers these days. It's a sculpture in front of a housing complex. Elderly women seem to enjoy the place during daytime. Not worth seeing unless you love cats.
