This is a great example of how church can also be interesting and modern museum, yet also serving its purpose in its traditional way. The museum is not overwhelmed with showpieces, so it is easy to wonder in the great halls and in the tower. Probably one of the most fascinating additions is the glass lift taking you to the tower exhibitions. The views onto the city from the top floor were even more stunning that I had imagined (best to go on a sunny day) and there are not many other places to get such a view from the city centre/old town. There is also a ticket tip, as the ticket costs 3 euros every last wednesday of a month - so if you are in town during that time I would highly suggest to hop by.

This is an interesting church, as it seems to mix a couple of architecture style.
However, the church's interior isn't as interesting nor impressive, and is actually not worth the entrance fee.

Decent museum. The elevator to the viewing deck is well worth the price of admission. Breathtaking views. Highly recommend.

Stunning museum that still feels like a church. Well worth going in the glass lift to the viewing platform at the top for amazing views all across the city.

I was surprised to find this was a museum rather than an active church and was amazed by the restoration they have done. The displays in the main area are truly stunning and mix stone work, silver, ornamental and paintings. The layout is very tasteful. The tiny staircases to each floor are there to climb if you want but a modern 5 person glass lift is able to whisk you to further floors plus the impressive top level view with impressive views of the town, especially the Alexander Nevsky cathedral. Not what I was expecting when you see this from the outside. Stunning use of this beautiful building.

Historical church art from the Middle Ages to the Barok. Small but most wonderful collection of art works. Zilver collection also interesting. Recently a glass elevator was installed giving access to 3 platforms offering 360° views over the city.

This museum looks impressive. It clearly was a church and looks nicer than some of the churches that are still churches. I liked looks at the old building.

The Church is now a museum with a focus on religious objects. The exhibition is good and worth a look. I was especially impressed with the painting “Dancing with Death” which was really interesting and 500 years old. Entry was free on thursday. A very good giftshop, and the view from the Bell Tower is amazing. A modern glass elevator goes to the top. The museum seems very up to date despite the location in an old fully renovated Church.

With the entrance ticket you also get access to the tower which give a great view. You can get a great view so many other places in the city though. So the ticket is too expensive in my view compared to what you get.
