Rapid response to mails, perfect organization, clear communication also during the weekend.
We had a great time in Riga! Friday, we took the pub crawl. Beautifull and lovely Anna brought us to the skyline bar, and some other cafés. That weren't maybe not the best ones in town, but we got some drinks for free... The evening got and end at 10 am for some of us...
Saturday brought us to summer bobsleigh. Luckily we hadn't to steer ourselves, it went hard! A nice, and new experience!
In the evening we had table arranged in paddies, were we saw the champions league final, great match, great athmosphere! Afterwards we went partying in Coyote Fly. Zaiga, our lovely guide, took care of everything... Fun, dancing, falling, laughing, and a headache the next day. Really wath we needed for the weekend! Great!

We had a blast in Riga. Every part of our programme was done upon agreement and on time. We had dinner in several restaurants that were recommended by Austin. All were great and different. The curling activity was nice and we really enjoyed the boat trip and the night life of Riga.

I know that everything today is automatic, but in this case, I preferred email contact and received it. My contact, Liene, was wonderful in promptly answering my enquiries and was helpful with her suggestions. She was absolutely great in personal contact. She engaged the team, she answered all sorts of questions. I did not expect that she would be with us all the way through, but she did. She made sure everything was in order. She has excellent communication skills. She got the whole group doing warm-up exercise before the bike tour!
I was very satisfied with the service and value for money. I recommend this company if you need local knowledge for organising events/activities for you.

Thanks Kinga. Our Customer Relationship Management system helps keep all our enquiries in order but we also can work in a traditional email manner if required. We tend to think that we are quite flexible in the way we work and in also the way we are - as proven by Liene during the warm up exercise ;)

Einstein states that 'the secret of creativity is the art of knowing how to disguise your sources'....you were certainly a great client to work with as you were very involved in helping us create a concept that was suitable for your team! It makes our job so much easier when the client gives us so much information to work from - which you clearly did! I can assure you that the next booking we manage for you the kitchen towels will be from SCA ;) After all it is the little things that count!!

I can really recommend travel out there ans especially Austin Nicolas.
We booked only one activity (bobsleigh) with a group of three friends.
Normally this activity is only possilbe with a minimum of 6 persons, now he could make an exception, so he made it possible for us.
When we drove towards the bobsleighcourse he told us a lot about Riga, and told us the good places to go out. He showed a lot of interest and knew excatly what we liked.
What we liked most is that he also recommended a basketballgame, an activity in which he has no business interest.
This organisation is real! They do exist! We felt like kings in Riga because of the way we were approach by Austin Nicolas!

I generally don't like to use tours or guides but these guys really added value to the stag weekend. They were always happy to help, seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a fun, safe time and were a fountain of knowledge. Would thoroughly recommend.

We were picked up from the airport and dropped back ok. They also arranged travel to the paintball experience. All of their staff were friendly and chatty, mostly good English. Worth using these guys, so would recommend.

Me and 7 fellow friends recently visited Rige for my hen weekend. I had been in talks with Graham before i left but unable to make a decision we left it until last minute to book and Graham booked us in for cocktail making and Husky Dogg Sledding!
We did the Cocktail Making at the Balsalm bar with Liene which was so much fun and defiantely worth the money we all left feeling very merry!!!
Then we did the Husky Dog Sledding the next day. Which was so much fun my one complaint would be it wasnt quite long enough for the cost . And we were told we would have somewhere to sit and have a drink but we were just stood in the cold! But would Strongly Reccomend!
Overall we had a great time in Riga and will definately be going back!

Thank you very much for your review. Despite us having to turn around your booking at such late notice we are really glad you had a wonderful hen party and that you will be definitely be coming back to Riga soon!!
I apologise on behalf of our guide for not leading you in to the house whilst sledding for a cup of tea. In our experience, most of the time the rest of the group want to wait outside and watch the remainder of the group sledding back to base and play with the puppys. We will certainly make the option to wait in the house clearer in the future.

We had such a good time in Riga recently and our activities with Travel Out There were part of our best memories. He went for the Husky Sledge Ride and the AK 47 shooting activity. The husky sledge ride was so much fun that afterwards my boyfriend proposed - it was magical! The shooting was also great fun we had ten rounds on the Glock hand gun and five rounds on the Ak 47. Our guide was really helpful, giving us a tour of the city as we passed through and allowing us loads of time to ask questions and take photos. She also took photos of us. This company and these activities come highly recommended.
