I bought my ticket online in advance. Not sure whether tickets are cheaper at arena. I got a bus from city centre and back again. Both bus stops are just outside of the arena. There was a band playing prior to game and during the first break. Get there about half an hour prior to start of game.

I'm not sure I can help, as it maybe different for other concerts. I will tell you what we experienced. When we went to to the Open Air concert, there were no different sections. The whole place was open to everyone .There were lots of places to buy food and lots of toilets, around the outer limits of the arena. This had benches, grass and some trees. That was all around the outer Limits of the Arena at the back. Porter loos but there where lots. The only problem we had was our bag was too big and we had two handed in, then it took forever to collect after the concert, but I think that may only have been for heavy metal concerts. I would go to this arena again, I found it very well organized and safe. I hope this helps
