If I could give negative stars I would. Worst company experience ever. First they cancelled the original date after confirming the night before then cancelled at 8am the next morning so I had to scramble to change my event at TopGolf which were very accommodating as were all my guests on the last minute change. No compensation from Atlas. Then the day they showed up it was a very old rusted limo. They didn't turn on the radio they was fake stain glass film that covered the one side of windows so we could not see out and we couldn't put the screen down between the driver and us to communicate. Then the driver went to the bathroom and when we were supposed to leave I had to call him. He then had to ask where we were going and to put the address in his phone when I previously gave all addresses and confirmed them with the company. When the driver couldn't get up our gravel driveway they backed down into a ditch between my property and my neighbors and had us sitting stuck sideways. I was in the car with 6 twelve and thirteen olds and the driver had no idea what to do. Not even sure he contacted his company about this disaster and dangerous situation he put us all in. I got the children out after we all banged around to get out of the cockeyed car stuck in the ditch and walked up to the house to stay warm. Luckily my neighbors are very helpful, thoughtful and smart individuals that came over and figured out how to get the limo out of the ditch. Without them the limo would have been done for a Sunday afternoon and we would not have been able to make our event. When we were on our way after the further assistance of my neighbors guiding the driver he drove crossing Over the middle lane divide for several miles then when he drove on another road he rode in the left lane while traffic passed him on the right. we Arrived at our event late but topgolf was so very accommodating and let us stay a little later however, we lost hours if driving time due to the drivers incompetent driving. The company gave no formal apology, no compensation, and I had to prepay where they included the tip which I never would have agreed to after that entire experience. Worst company service ever and do not use them. They should be put out of business!

We booked a limo for our recent trip to DC to tour the Monuments and Capital complex. Booking via the internet required a quick follow up call from their office, but things were quickly settled. We were thinking we wanted a three hour tour, but they have a 4 hour minimum on the weekends and we were glad we had the extra hour.
The booking process did require filling out a credit card authorization form and sending that back which can be a pain for some, but I completely understand them wanting one.
Once we were booked it was suggested we put together a list of the monuments and places we wanted to see. We did this and emailed it over so the driver would have advanced warning and could best plan out our route.
In the planning stage we were advised that we could bring a bottle of vodka. We picked one up near our hotel and had a couple of mixers with us as well. The car was stocked with water and ice and cups.
About 90 minutes before our scheduled pick up were received a text from Atlas letting us know our driver was on his way and also gave us his cell phone number. We then used this to communicate a change in our pick up location as our late lunch was running long. This chance was met with a quick no problem.
The car was nice and clean and a late model. However the best part was our driver Chaudhary. He was awesome and made the trip that much better. At each stop he suggested the route we should take and where he would meet us after. Sometimes he had to move the car from where he dropped us off, but he was never far.
We also ran out of ice at one point and while we were walking thru the Vietnam Memorial he found us more ice.
I can’t stress enough how you will be missing out if you don’t use Atlas and request Choudhary.

Yes, the drivers were okay, and the car clean, but the service was poor from the time I tried to sign up, to the arrangements for pick up. They really need to get better organized.

The team at Atlas were exceptional, exceeding our expectations! The bus was clean and the driver/tour guide were early, professional and very knowledgeable! Our family of 20 had a great time and I would hire Atlas again without hesitation! Thanks for making the trip memorable!
