Fantastic Time on the Water in DC

Fantastic. Both Captain Denny and Captain Pete were terrific. We spent an hour and a half on the water. We saw the monuments by night and watched planes land at Reagan National airport from the water. Captain Pete has a wealth of knowledge. He was friendly, informative and engaging. Even my teenager enjoyed it! More importantly, these guys have Navy experience. You're in good hands on the water. Even before out trip, Captain Denny gave me some good advice on visiting DC. So glad we spent time with Embark DC.

Outstanding 2-hour tour from the Wharf to Georgetown

Really can't say enough with how wonderful our 2-hour tour was. Per Denny's recommendation, we did a 1-way cruise (so we didn't have to double back) from the Wharf up to Georgetown -- felt like we saw a lot. Captain Ken was charming, funny, friendly, but also a source of a lot of obscure details that even this reviewer, who both grew up near DC and is a history nerd -- did not know. Perfect in every way.

A laid-back & insightful experience!

Denny is phenomenal! I can't recommend his boat tours enough. My business team and I booked a time as a fun activity to host a partner from out of town. It was a simple process to meet Denny at the dock. And the fun immediately began once we hopped in the boat. Throughout the ride, Denny shared invaluable context about each historical/ DC site we rode past, which made me fall in love with the city of DC even more! If you're looking for a laid-back and insightful experience exploring DC, Denny is your guy!

DC Embark is honestly the best boating company in DC. The Captains are personable, knowledgeable of the city, and extremely kind. I plan to visit every year, if God willing, due to my experience with Embark DC. I must add the owner is extraordinarily thoughtful and kind.

Amazing Night on the Water!

Captain Denny - So friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and FUN!!!
Our night on the water - AMAZING!!! After a week of working our customer conference, we celebrated with a ride with Captain Denny to see the monuments by night. He had great history and information on all the sights along the way, we watched some planes land practically over our heads, and had some fun speeding around waterway. It was a great night and I can't recommend Captain Denny and his operation enough.

Fun, Unique Way to See DC

My family and I had a blast on an EmbarkDC boat tour. Captain Pete was a fun guide, very knowledgeable and personable. And working with Captain Denny to plan the reservation around our schedule and interests was a delight - a very smooth process. EmbarkDC will without a doubt become my go-to activity for hosting guests in DC as a unique, intimate way to see the sights.

Amazing charter on a sunny day in DC with the most hospitable captain ever. Denny is a great guy who showed us the sights while we drank champagne. Absolute must to have him take you under the planes inbound to Reagan airport.
