Great and unexpected

I am not sure what I was expecting when we went to this ride. But I was pleasantly surprised. Great simulated ride,very colorful and I loved the added smells which really made you think about where you were. Very cool ride.

Closest thing to flying

This is an amazing ride. We really feel like you're flying through the sky. It's like we're hang gliding over the world.

Me había tocado la versión anterior de Soarin´Around California, muy buena, pero esta alrededor del mundo está mucho mejor.
Paciencia porque siempre hay fila larga pero vale la pena.
Literalmente es un viaje por el mundo en minutos, muy divertido.

Soarin’ is a fun experience. I’m not a huge fan of heights; however, I had no issues on this attraction. They announced that they’re changing it to Soarin’ over California soon. I was sad to have missed that.

Totally Out of This World

I'm not really into rides in amusement and theme parks, but this ride at Disneyland @ Anaheim is definitely something that I can do over and over again. The line is long so be patient and you'll be rewarded (even if the actual ride is not that long). It's an immersive, visual extravaganza that takes you around the world with the sights and smells that come with each destination along the world tour. So, if you're there at the resort, make sure you make this ride mandatory in your itinerary.

Soarin’ Around the World is an absolute must experience for ages 2-100! Fast passes are recommended but if you don’t have one, the stand by line moves pretty quickly. After the flight attendant, Patrick, welcomes you and gives instructions, you are escorted into a large room with 9 vehicles (multi passengers) that lift guests into the air over a gigantic IMAX screen. You will experience gentle motion, scents and wind effects as you soar over the Great Wall of China, Matterhorn in the Swiss Alps, Australia’s Sydney Harbor, Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany, Eiffel Tower in Paris and more! The fireworks finale at Disneyland has a hidden Mickey.

Imperdible atracción en Disney California Adventure, que tiene su homóloga en la zona Future World de Epcot (Orlando). Anteriormente simulaba un vuelo en ala delta sobre diferentes locaciones de California, ahora lo cambiaron y el vuelo es sobre bellos lugares turísticos del mundo: Los alpes suizos, Groenlandia, El teatro de la ópera de Sídney, la Gran Muralla China, las cataratas del Iguazú, las pirámides de Egipto, entre otros.

Es increíble la sensación de estar volando sobre los mismos y las aromas que percibes dependiendo el lugar en el que estás (increíble el olor a hierba y a sal marina), sumado a la transición imperceptible entre cada lugar. Si puedes repetirla vale la pena, aunque normalmente hay bastante fila por lo que recomiendo sacar FastPass.

Es aún mejor la experiencia si quedas ubicado en primera fila, ya que si toca en la segunda o tercera fila, se alcanzan a ver los pies de las personas que están en la fila de adelante. ya que la atracción funciona con 3 filas en donde elevan más la primera fila, medianamente la segunda y más abajo la tercera.

A laid back ride that takes you around the world in a few minutes.... from the Matterhorn to the Arctic, Bavaria to the Great Wall and then to Africa, the Pyramids of Egypt to the Taj Majal, Monument Valley to Polynesia, Iguazu Falls to Paris and finally to Main Street Disneyland....
Great effects and an enjoyable experience for almost every age.
