If you haven't been since they relocated the market, it is worth your time! The market spans all the new roads surrounding the Alpharetta City Hall and the Alpharetta Public Library. More importantly, the street parking and the parking garage is free. Take your children, there is something for them. If they don't enjoy walking for long periods of time has your stop for food samples or to browse local produce, let them know there's a reward to playing in the large central fountain. Also, Kilwins has a nice selection of sweet treats. My kids are older teens, and I let them go around on their own. They enjoy it. Be prepared to eat lunch there. There are quality food vendors of all ethnicities, and covered and uncovered pavilions to sit and enjoy your food. Most vendors are able to take debit cards, too, if you're like me who doesn't carry much cash around. Beware in October when the vendors thin out, run out of product, food or inventory. October is the final month, so the earlier in the year your go, the more choices you'll have.

The market has grown and so has the number of people attending the market. The market has won the last several years The Best Alpharetta Farmers Market in North Atlanta. The market opens in mid April and closes the last Saturday in October. There is also an Alpharetta Christmas Market on Saturday December 7, 2019 10am to 2pm.

First time we have gone to the new location surrounding the open area Near the courthouse and fronting on South Main St. Lots more venders and not all just food. Yes, great variety of produce but several bread places, cheeses, desserts, candles, brooms, German pancakes, specialty “donuts”, and lots more. Parking is very close in the public deck. Enter from the road in front of the library and courthouse Some clowns think they will get away with charging you $3 to park at Wells Fargo or at the church across Academy Street. It is farther away than the deck and folks should avoid getting ripped off like that! Get there early for the best selections and to avoid the heat! Party atmosphere and lots of fun!

The market is located in the town center featuring numerous vendors and surrounded by lovely shops and eateries. Vegetables, baked goods, jams and jellies, condiments, meats/seafood, cheeses, honey, crafts, prepared foods, free samples and more. Family and pet friendly environment with ample parking nearby. Get there early as some vendors sell out before noon. Music and a relaxed setting.

I’ve always enjoyed the Alpharetta Farmers Market on Saturday mornings and starting this year 2019 they moved to the Village Green at the downtown city center just around the corner from the old location right off Main Street. Wow it’s a must do now! There are now rows and rows of tents featuring various vendors ranging from local produce and vegetables and strawberries to jewelry and artisan pieces to gourmet cheeses and desserts to food vendors for a mid morning snack or lunch while enjoying the park area. The vibe is bustling and some weeks they even have live entertainment. Very well organized and worth the visit!

This is a fun touristy thing to do if you travel around alpharetta. It's entertaining to see all the different vendors and sample the food! The food trucks that come are always top notch as well!

Nice atmosphere, Alpharetta is lovely, farmer's market is nice to enjoy - stands are a little pricey but, if you have money, I am sure you will spend it.

This is the best one around this area.
Plenty of variety . Every ones glad to be outdoors and enjoy the sites. People bring their families and pets to stroll and enjoy. You can have breakfast while your at it.

I have been wanting to do this for some time since it moved to its new location. We finally went a couple of weeks ago. It is not your typical farmers market. Yes, there are veggies, meat and fruits to buy but there is oh so much more... jewelry, King of Pops, pizza, pies, a couple of different bakeries, olive oil, hot sauce, and more. When we were there K9 for Law was there with one of there dogs educating people about their organization.
There are also a couple of great place to eat close by and don't miss out on White Dog DAnd cor (my favorite shop) or to pop in 2B Whole for the best gluten free goodies.
