Booked a birthday party package for my teenage son and a group of his friends. The package comes with two races and food for everyone worth $150. I bring the cake. We reached ahead of time and got all the waivers done. And then when it came to food, suddenly the manager Miguel tells me I needed to order the pizzas 7 days she’d of time coz it is termed as catered. Nowhere in their contract, in my email and phone communication did they mention that. Got a reminder phone call a day before and I was told it was all set and I need to come in and order the food. The manager refused to acknowledge any of that and also said I cannot bring food from outside. He was downright rude and obnoxious. After a lot of shoring and arguing, he finally agreed to get us the pizza and the rest of the food. Ever eaten a pizza without sauce on it, head over to K1speed, you’ll have a first hand experience. Although the kids enjoyed the afternoon, for me and my wife as an organizer it was a terrible experience after having nearly a $1000 for this party. Never ever heading back there anytime soon and will not recommend to any other parent as well.
P.S. Exact same scenario for another group of 15 kids, no food and after another round of haggling and screaming, the manager agreed to serve them pizza.
Their centralized sales department out in California have no clue what they are doing and promising. They really need to up their game.

Visited with group of friends.
Check in process was a bit long.
Paid for 3 races for fifty dollars ut end up being short changed. The actual experience was quite nice however our last race was suppose to be 16 laps and it was less than. Generally the staff is friendly and it's a great place to enjoy with friends. Reservation can be made online for groups of min. 8 persons less than this would require walk in service. There is nothing much else here to do but have bar service or play pool.

...but the adrenaline rush is oh so exciting. Staff stepped us through the digital registration later used to deliver our results to us, which they printed for us, too, setting on the counter before we left the pits.
We were all a little more daring for the 2nd race, and it resulted in faster times.
The pit crew made us aware early that we are not racing each other, but the clock. That didn’t keep us from getting tangled up a few times-yeah, sure we aren’t racing each other!
Full bar and pub inside with many other games like billiards, and gaming rooms.
I want one of these nearer me!

If I can give this place a BIG 0 zero I would. I do apologize in advance for my long review. The customer service I received from the staff on this day was the worse. This was my very first time at K1- Speed in Addison, with family and friends. I wasn't impressed with the staff the minute we walked through the door. I made a reservation for the CyberSport area for 2 hours (total cost=$200 per hour). The person that asked for my credit card information at the front, didn't have the courtesy to take my guests to the reserved area, she just assumed we knew. As I am setting up the decorations in our designated area for my daughters b-day celebration, there is a bar that sits in the middle of our reserved area, which had the accessories to play pool. Literally, 10 minutes after we arrived, one of the staff members said we weren't allowed to go behind that bar, that it's private property, if we don't keep away from the bar he would be forced to call the police and file a complaint. Keep in mind there was nobody working the bar...it was an empty bar area. Why weren't we advised prior to getting there? Is this how your staff is trained to talk to their customers with such attitude? I didn't want to make a big deal because it's my daughters surprise b-day celebration. An hour passes by, sitting by the bar we're a couple of my friends (not doing much other than just sitting there), since they purchased an alcoholic drink from the bar on the other side of this establishment, as they are mingling amongst themselves, another staff member (this time it was a woman). This time my guests we're told they couldn't sit by the bar or even allowed to touch it....by this time I was livid at the way the staff was treating my guests. This isn't the end...….Moments later I tried to order pitchers of sodas for my guests. Another staff member said we can't sell you pitchers of sodas...we could only sell you a bucket of different drinks, but you cannot pay with credit card, you have to pay cash for this?! Right off the bat this sounded absurd...the staff member mentioned we would have several drinks to choose from ranging from juice boxes, waters, Pepsi, coke, sprite in the container that cost me a total of $70 (cash). What I received was a red bull container that was filled with mostly ICE, root-beer, diet Pepsi and water which was not what I was originally told. I also ordered 2 pizzas and a tray of 50 wings from their catering menu. My total cost for 2 hours (3pm - 5pm on a Sunday) was $528.00.
Additionally, I then ordered an additional 2 plain cheese pizzas and 24 wings including the red bull container which was a total of $140...My total cost was for food and two hours of Cyber sport was $668.00. Seriously!!! This is an absolute rip off....I HAVE CALLED THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE AND RECEIVED NO CALL BACK....PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR ENERGY AT THIS PLACE. IT IS NOT WORTH IT! I HATE IT WHEN ESTABLISHMENTS LIKE THIS SAY ONE THING TO SELL YOU A PACKAGE AND IT ENDS UP BEING A TOTAL DISASTER!!!

This was a great experience. I had never been before, and I was not sure how it worked. After signing up, (or signing in if you have been before) on handy computers, I went to the desk to get a cloth ski-mask like thing to keep things clean. The fact that they provided this was great, and it is hygienic even though you borrow helmets. The helmets for borrowing were clean and came in different sizes. The cars are very responsive, and once I got used to it I felt very comfortable on the track. The races were decently long, (about 8 minutes) and fun. I think there is hardly any risk of tipping over because of the way the cars are designed. Especially for those with a "need for speed," this is a fantastic place to go go-karting. It is very safe and I would not hesitate to go again.

Here with teenage kids,each had 12 laps of adrenaline rush fill.I see excitement,competitive spirits,safe environment,nice lounge are ,great classical rock music,a kids bar,multi screens and arcade type games.
Bring here a DJ and is perfect party time!
Open 7 days per week.Also through the Door Sales in case one can book a group for an unique experience in the Cyber sport court where a combined game of basketball, lacrosse++ is happening!
Happy hour 3-6 Mon- Fri.

We had my 11 year old grandson without the three other grandkids who are 5, 4 and 2, so we wanted to do something that was geared more towards older kids, as well as adults. We arrived around noon and it was not too busy. The cashier, Arianna, who was very nice, guided us through the computerized sign in and waiver process. There is also a height chart across from the reception desk with the two important heights - either 58 inches or 48 inches. At sign in, you will also receive a balaclava (hood) to wear over your head that you have either just purchased or brought from before. There are two tracks. One is set up for adults and those over 58 inches. The other is a junior-sized track for those over 48 inches. Jason gave us our safety briefing about flag signals and car instruments. He then helped us choose our helmets. The helmets are in different sizes, so no matter how big your head is, you should find a helmet Since we had bought a package of three races for $39.00 for each of us, we were fitted into our specific electric go-karts. My grandson and I did two races each which are 18 laps and it goes by quickly. The go-karts can reach speeds of up to about 45 m.p.h. Afterwards, you will receive your race statistics and standings and then you can always take a picture on the podium. There is plenty of parking, there is a restaurant and there are several clean restrooms. All of the staff seemed quite friendly. I believe it may have been the manager who took a picture of the three of us posing with helmets. This was great fun!

Had my Bachelor party here almost two years ago and I had so much fun! You can bring a helmet if you choose too, but make sure there is a visor attached.
