Very friendly and knowlegable guide that speaks excellent English and French. We had only 3 h to tour the old city, so he tailored the route to our preferences

An educational walking tour of Marrakesh with the wonderful Mohamed.
Mohamed was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us parts of Marrakesh that we would never have found ourselves, from the formality of the Bahia Palace to the hustle and bustle of the souks. In just 3 hours we really experienced the richness and diversity of life in Marrakesh.
We’d highly recommend Mohamed as a guide if you are visiting Morocco.

My family and I took a four day tour with Mohamed from Fes to Marrakesh through the desert. He is genuinely the best tour guide there is. He treated us all with such kindness and had great answers to all the questions that we posed to him along the way. By the end, I felt like I understood the culture and history of Morocco so much better than I would have otherwise. I cannot recommend him enough.

Mohamed made our trip to Morocco a truly memorable experience. Not only was he a phenomenal guide from Fes > Merzouga/Sahara > Marrakech, he also made sure we were taken care of before and after our tour with guides and experiences in other places around Morocco. Our group enjoyed him so much we booked a Marrakech tour with him right after 4-day long tour!

You will have the time of your life! From the long drives through the Moroccan countryside, various towns in the desert, Riads and hotels, if you’re looking for a guide through all things Morocco — Mohamed is your guy and this is the tour to take. He provides not only a rich history and context to Morocco, but also stories and a local perspective that really gave us a better understanding of Morocco as a whole. He is knowledgeable, flexible, and kind. “Tailored Morocco tours” is a great name, because you really have the flexibility to make this tour your own.
We enjoyed every place we visited so much and my only complaint at the end was I wish we could keep traveling longer! My husband and I along with my brother and his girlfriend spent 4 days with Mohamed and we enjoyed our time with him so much that we asked him to extend our tour and spend another half day with him in Marrakesh.
Spend four days with Tailored Morocco Tours — you won’t regret it for a second!

We did a 4-day tour from Fes to Marrakesh, and it was truly FANTASTIC. Mohamed is the best tour guide I’ve ever had while traveling.
The itinerary itself was well-organized and smooth. We loved the spacious van and all our hotels, with Mohamed always making sure we got the best rooms and service. Taking camels into the desert and staying at the luxury camp was a true highlight (would recommend splurging for the luxury camp!). We visited tons of sites, both famous and more off-the-beaten-path places. It never felt rushed; I appreciated that Mohamed was always willing to work around our desired schedule and interests.
More than anything, it was wonderful to have a guide with us that was so kind, patient, and fun. It made the time go by quickly! Mohamed is deeply knowledgeable about Moroccan history and culture. He grew up in a rural region we visited on the tour, and we loved learning about how the area has changed over time. It was special to be on such a professional, well-organized tour that still had personal stories and connection.
Mohamed also helped coordinate a Fes walking tour, a Marrakesh walking tour, and a cooking class for us. I’d recommend Tailored Morocco Tours to anyone and for any part of your trip!

Thanks to Youssef, a very friendly and efficient driver and guide, this tour was magnificent. Accommodation and food will have been truly “luxury” especially in the desert. Elsewhere the level was good or lower, let’s say “acceptable”. Overall this tour deserves a very good rating.

Best private tour of Marrakech
We had a great time with our guide Mohamed he was highly knowledgeable about Marrakech and Morocco and answered all our questions. The tour was on our schedule and customized to what we wanted to do.

Friends who visited Morocco last year highly recommend Mohamed to us and we're grateful for the recommendation. We planned two days in Marrakech with him and it was just perfect. We got to see the major sites without having to rush - Mohamed went right at our pace, not too fast and not too slow - as well as some of the places that other tourists are likely to skip if just skimming the surface. Mohamed is such a lovely guide - warm-hearted, patient, engaging, and very knowledgeable - certainly one of the best we've encountered in our travels. I don't think we would've gained such a deep impression and appreciation of Marrakech without these two days spent with Mohamed. We rally recommend reaching out and crafting your perfect itinerary with Mohamed too. Thanks for everything, Mohamed!

Last October my daughter and I had one of the best experiences ever being in Marrakech. What a wonderful place, the people, the food, the culture, the colors. Yes, the colors of Marrakech reflect the beauty of its lovely people. Kind, cheerful, humorous and well mannered. We were very lucky to have Anir as our guide. He customized our trip the way we envisioned. A culinary class, trip to the mountains to meet the soul of Morroco, the Berber families, a lesson on tiles and ancestry at the Bahia castle, celebrating my daughter’s birthday together, amazing photo opps everywhere. Trip to the beach, camel ride, argan oil shopping… rugs shopping.. so patient and kind! We had the privilege to meet his good friend Moha! We are now friends and try to keep in touch! He is my forever consultant on Moroccan things! Don’t hesitate in contacting Anir! He will make your trip memorable! Thank you, my friend! Can’t wait to go back so we can go up north!
