We have same issue. We booked a trip for June and paid a deposit. I have sent multiple emails and have heard nothing back. I also posted the question in WhatsApp and I can see that Moha has read it. I am tempted to post this as a bad TripAdvisor review to warn others who are considering this company. I just need a response of some sort.
