Γαλλικη εκλλησισ στο κεντρο της Τυνιδας απεναντι απο την γαλλικη πρεσβεια. Δυστηχως μετα απο τα τρομοκρατικα χτυπηματα η εκκλησια κλειστη και φυλασσεται. Δε μπορεσαμε να μπουμε μεσα.

We only had time to review the cathedral from the outside as our schedule did not allow any more. A nice facade which is worth taking a look at when you are in the city. It is also close to an entrance to the Medina

Close to the Medina, this is a below average church. Very plain by European standards. The front entrance is blocked off but the side entrance is open. There is a small museum in the corner which is worth the extra step.

On our walking tour of downtown Tunis and the Medina we walked by the cathedral. Several of us wanted to visit the inside of the church, so our travel leader checked to see if it was open. It was! So we were able to see this inside of this remarkable structure. There is a small congregation that go to mass there which I thought was wonderful in this small Muslim country. The inside was very beautiful. With all of the sun that Tunis gets, there are wonderful reflections and shadows throughout the church. This is a definite must if you like visiting churches and cathedrals.

La cattedrale è degli inizi del '900, quindi non particolarmente originale, ma merita una visita. Assolutamente da partecipare è la S. Messa delle 11,00 la domenica, animata in modo incantevole dalla comunità africana.

Vous pourrez apercevoir un reliquaire exceptionnel dont une relique de Saint Louis et des objets sacrés des rituels d'une grande richesse.Très bel édifice bien documenté

هندسة معمارية جميلة جدا ،لدى دخولي المكان أحسست بالسكينة والراحة النفسية رغم أني لست مسيحيا ، للأسف البنايات العصرية حول الكنيسة أفسدت رونق المكان

Wonderful cathedral in which I had the chance to go in and see. They had mass which of course is in French and to get in there is security to make sure you don’t have weapons which I assume to protect from extreme terrorists who don’t like non Muslims. Definitely check it out and it shows some history in there.

Una catedral es una rara avis en Túnez, donde la mayoría de la población profesa la fe islámica. Así que, nada más por ello, merece una visita. Aunque llama la atención tanto su fachada colonial como su imponente interior.

Tous les matins, le dimanche vous pourrez assister aux offices en italien puis en français, il n'est pas nécessaire d'être chrétien, toutes les communautés sont les bienvenues, il suffit de respecter les lieux, mais à ma connaissance, il n'y a jamais eu le moindre problème.
