ハンザーホテルの一階にあるバーです。入口からまっすぐ行った所にあります。
こちらのホテルの一階にある蟻月という美味しいモツ鍋屋さんの後に行こうとしたのですが、入口のライトはRouge Barと赤く灯っていましたがお店はクローズしていました。日曜の22時過ぎだったからでしょうか？バーの中まで入って行けたのですが雰囲気は良さげでした。
オープンしているか確認してから行った方が良いと思います。

Thanks to the new Danish F&B manager greed has now priority over customer service at Hansar. First cooperation with the widely used booking service eatigo was discontinued and just lately their bestselling 200 baht ($5.50) Chilean red was increased by 50% to 300 baht ($8.50).
It is sad to see that Hansar no longer care about frequent wine drinkers, but just want to optimize their profit. I will vote with my feet and avoid Hansar in the future.

It is very unfortunate that you have had this feeling and experience in Rouge Bar.
Recently we have looked over some of our partnerships for food & beverage promotions and decided to continue some and discontinue others. For current promotions (including daily Happy Hours on wines) you can always check our website under "Offers" and "Dining". Our wine list has recently been updated and the Chilean red that you mention is upgraded to a different Chilean red wine, which we do hope you will appreciate. We have a big passion for wines and hope to be able to invite you back to improve your overall experience.

Rouge bar is on the ground floor. There is no view. 1030 on a Saturday night and there were only 2 customers. Suspect you'd be better off in any other hotel bar in town...

Nice views and gorgeous hotel to look round two lovely bars....food fantastic...go the the with alcohol option to get value for money. Worth a visit.

Even renamed (Rouge), the place is still good looking and nice. Drinks are very good, the food also. Service is outstanding. The manager is new and gives a new breath at the place.
If you are looking for a nice and quiet place with outside terrace, you must go there. Neighborhood is nice as well, and the BTS station is close.

We searched up and down for this bar last night and when we finally found it, we were shocked to discover that, unlike stated in the other reviews here, it's not a sky bar, but a terrace bar a mere 30 cm above street level.
It is however an extremely comfortable and elegant bar located in the lobby of the Hansar Hotel. This is stated in the owners description on tripadviser, but if you're anything like me, you'll skip that and go straight to the reviews, where you'll read such phrases as "amazing location and view", "idyllic sky bar", "relaxing time up in the sky, literally!" and "above the din of the streets below". Either there was a sky bar and it closed some time ago or some reviewers had more than they could handle of the bars plentiful and goodlooking cocktails.
We enjoyed the 30 minutes we spent there, but we wish we hadn't looked for it for quite so long, as nothing really set it apart from other such bars in other such hotels. The prices are as you might expect for an upscale bar in an upscale hotel, around 300 for cocktails, 200-something for small local beers.

I had a drink twice at Vue Bar (Hansar Hotel), - kind and efficient staff

I have to say Hansar is a great hotel, but Vue Bar does deserve a special mention. Many travellers know that BKK is not known for being a quiet place, but Vue Bar's beautiful location puts it above the din of the streets below. The view is amazing from up there. The service from the staff was great. Thanks Mr Gygi and everyone at Vue Bar for making our time so memorable. Looking forward to coming back...

I have been to the VUE bar with a group of friends months ago and I just had to write this. The welcoming staff there, Mr. Gygi, assistant outlets manager and his team were coping it very well even if the bar is still new. Their service met up with that i want there. The right timing to come and ask and to leave you enjoy the pleasure. The bar is very nice and fulfilled with what you may ask for. Such a place to enjoy the Bangkok breeze, not far away from the big busy town but there you can get the such an amazing relaxing time up in the sky, literally! I will definitely come back. of course, with a bigger group of friends!
