I have had three shirts made by universal tailors after them being recommended to me by a friend, each one has turned out great and the staff were all very attentive and offered good recommendations. They take accurate measurements, and now I'm just Looking for a good excuse to go and have a suit made

Tailor-made suit

I was really very pleasantly surprised by the professional approach and quality.
I have had experience of several luxury tailors in Europe and despite the dramatically lower price, I found here similar quality from beautiful Italian fabrics.
I had a suit and shirts made - everything fit perfectly on the first fitting.
I had my measurements saved, as it is possible to order custom made suits to Europe in the future at a fraction of the price.

Very competent, fast and good handicraft for a fair price.
After only one day the first raw cuts were ready for a first fitting.
Several days later the suit was ready inlcuding two shirts and a vest.

I'm really happy with the suit, it fits very well and looks great.
I will use it for my wedding.

Love these men. they allowed me to take my choosing and the fabric and liners for my suits. Then assisted matching short materials to the individual suits. I really was pleased with the designs and styles chosen.

They measured me up and got to work on my first set.

Next day I did a fitting and then they made the rest of my stuff and mailed it out to my home in the states

Very easy process and I very thing fir perfectly

I’ll be going back for more

Ronnie and Raj were top notch. The materials and craftsmanship were excellent, and I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't need. It was a very professional experience from beginning to end. I had a suit, sport coat, five shirts and five pants made and everything was perfect. My wife also had a pair of pants made, also excellent. Prices were great as well. Looking forward to having more garments made by this group. Highly recommended.

Love my suits!

My husband planned to get tailored suites for him sef in our short visit to Bangkok.
I visit Universal Tailors with him - so he would choose the perfect suits ; )
I didn't plan to have one my self - because I thought it was only for men.
In 10 minutes....I was mesured and I had choosed material for two dresses! : )
Since we were only for two days in Bangkok - they didn't have oppertunity to have the fittings...but they manage to make it so nicely with amazing quality.
When we arrived to the airport hotel 2 weeks later - the suits were waiting for us : )

We are super happy with our dresses - here are two photos of one of mine : )

A Gem in Gent’s Tailoring in Bangkok

Bangkok has many tailors. But we really must share our truly bespoke experience during our recent visit to Universal Tailor, of Bangkok.

Here’s why we find the experience so worthy of sharing:

Ambience & location - centrally located in a respected business district (not any ‘touristy’ area); ambience chic, polished yet not intimidating or pushy.

Craftsmanship - of genuine high standard with sharp cutting giving a distinct silhouette of definitely that our items (both shirts and pants) are indeed of superb ‘tailored’ quality. It’s little surprise that they have also won notable tailoring accolades.

Pricing - unlike ‘touristy’ shops, there’s no super discounts or ‘bundle’ deals. We found pricing at Universal Tailor to be genuine, sincere and fair for its high quality fabrics.

Customer service & after sales- professional, very attentive to details. Quality service from start to finish.

Thank you Ronnie & Raj and your team for the highly professional yet warm service. We shall see you again, definitely!
