Had always being my favourite tailor shop whenever I am able to come to BKK. Their experiences on how to tailor from suits down to shirts are awesome. They have large variation of cloths to choose from and also the inner collar. The speed for 1st fitting down to collection is only a few days.

All in all, they are 1 trusted tailor in BKK and its only situated on the 2nd level of Amari Watergate Hotel.

Kjøpte en ulldress her. Eieren var veldig hyggelig og tilpasset seg etter hva som passet best for oss. Dressen var veldig fin og i god kvalitet. Anbefales veldig.

Veldig bra!

Meg og kompisen min var ute etter en skreddersydd dress hver. Etter å ha vært innom en del skreddere i Bangkok og søkt litt på nettet endte vi opp med Admire Tailors. Prosessen tok en uke - perfekt mtp at vi i mellomtiden fikk opplevd Chiang Mai. Da vi kom tilbake hadde vi en runde med «fitting» og dagen etter var dressene klare. Jeg bestilte en mindress og vennen min en ulldress - begge veldig fornøyde! Hyggelige folk, god service og godt håndverk!

Poor quality and workmanship

Very poor quality and workmanship, would not recommend to anyone looking to tailor here.

I tailored a 2pc suit + extra trouser in the same material and 2 shirts during my stay in Bangkok.

Service was reasonable considering the price range, limited customization and they don’t ask you how you would like your shirt collars done/choice of buttons etc. I opted for a more “premium” material for the suit based on their recommendation and while the alterations from the fittings/feedback were okay. The end product was horrible in terms of quality.

Upon my collection of the suit I noticed there were creases near the shoulder blade/collar area which I voiced a concern over. I was met with a “it will go away after dry cleaning” and I suppose as someone who had little experience, I trusted their advice. However, upon drycleaning back in Singapore, the buttons turned white and the drycleaning company indicated that their specialist evaluated that the buttons were of low quality and could not withstand the drycleaning. I had to fork out additional replacement cost of the buttons with the drycleaners. The creases at the neck area also didn’t go away.

In addition, both trousers that I tailored there were of different cutting (only 1 incorporated the alterations from my feedback during the fitting). I suppose it was also error on my part since I didn’t do the due diligence to check both pairs but obviously I expected the feedback to apply to all my trousers.
Not only that, one of the pair of trousers included an “inner lining” to it and they mentioned that it was added free of charge to make the pants more comfortable since it was of a different material. Interesting why they cited that as a reason when I told them I wanted both trousers in the same fabric. After wearing one of the trousers, the pants also split at the hip area as the thread opened up.

On the shirts, the white piece that I made started to have threads from the fabric material peel off from the cuff area and both shirts collar are so thick that they are constantly trying to revert back to their original straight shape, causing the collars to flare open as though you have the top 2 buttons unbuttoned.

I reached out to Admire tailor again and while they initially were helpful with trying to address my concerns, they ended up ignoring all my questions to follow up with a solution. All in all this has been an extremely horrible experience to the point that I feel like throwing everything out to forget about all these issues.

A warning to reconsider if you are looking to tailor here.

Excellent service and great value for money

Ordered one tailored suit and shirt from Admire Tailors, the entire process took about 4 days including the initial visit, fitting session (shirts were ready by then), and final collection. Service was excellent throughout the whole process, tailors were friendly and professional. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the final product. My friends who were initially only accompanying me ended up getting shirts of their own as well. Overall a great experience and fantastic value. Highly recommended!

Amazing service and product

I walked into admire tailor not expecting to purchase anything, but the service from start to finish was incredible as soon as I walked in I was sold.
Mike was extremely helpful from the very beginning, explained the process and was very accommodating for me during my hectic travel and complicated plans. He even was willing to accept a package for me!
They worked around my schedule with multiple fittings to make sure the product was to my liking, and there was no pressure to buy more. The WhatsApp service is exceptional, and the continuously have members coming to the US, which makes it easier to keep in contact and order more items from overseas.
Overall would HIGHLY recommend Admire Tailors, especially Mile and Sanjay. THANK YOU!
