Mit allen Sinnen haben wir die Foodtour genossen. Nebenbei haben wir -in einer kleinen Gruppe- von Frau Worarat viel über Land und Leute gelernt und haben Orte in Bangkok gesehen, die wir sonst nicht gefunden hätten.
Ein unvergesslicher Tag und eine unbedingte Empfehlung!

Wir waren zum 4. Mal in Bangkok und die 360 Tour war ein spitzen Erlebnis. Wir haben Ecken in der Stadt gesehen, die wir nicht kannten und nie gefunden hätten.
Frau Worawat spricht sehr gut deutsch und hat uns soviele interessante Informationen über ihre Stadt und das Land erzählt. Einblicke die man alleine nicht bekommt. Vielen Dank dafür! Danke auch an Michael der uns am Anfang begleitete und uns viel erzählt hat.
Das Programm war super zusammengestellt, toll auch die vielen Verkehrsmittel, die wir unterwegs nutzten und dabei vor allem die Bootsfahrt durch die Klongs von Thonburi. Das Mittagessen war köstlich. Wir waren über 10 Stunden unterwegs und die Zeit verging schnell. Am Abend sassen wir in einer Rooftop Bar mit Sonnenuntergang.
Eine absolute Empfehlung ist diese Tour und auch ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in der Stadt buchen wir wieder eine Tour.

We had booked the private tour for two days. It's really worth it! We have seen what others do not see and we have experienced what others cannot experience. Individual needs and wishes could be met due to the private tour. That was great. We thank you very much and will definitely book with you on the next Bangkok tour!

I did the Bangkok Starter Tour together with my mother, for whom it was the first trip to Thailand and therefore a very good introduction to Bangkok and the Thai culture and way of life.
But also for me there was a lot of new things to discover on my ninth stay in Bangkok!
Our guide Gau gave us a lot of interesting insights and information in very good German and above all gave a very personal touch to the tour with her open nature and humor. Thank you for that!
The program was super put together with well-known highlights and lesser known places, great also the boat trip through the klongs of Thonburi and lunch at a local market.
An absolute recommendation and worth every cent!
But also for me there was a lot of new things to discover on my ninth stay in Bangkok!

Our small group had a wonderful experience with the 360 tour. Michael’s diverse cultural background as well as his friendliness, innate curiosity, and love for Bangkok allows you to experience the city in a completely different way. He can talk to you about the micro-communities of Bangkok, the economics of street vending, and philosophical/religious traditions, all while taking you through back alleys, ethnic enclaves, and scenic parts of the city that you would never find yourself.
Bring some stamina, because you will see and experience a lot, including a fun variety of transportation modes. The tour itself is varied and beautifully constructed to create a multi-faceted experience for the interested visitor.
My entire group agreed that Michael is an exceptional human being and that we were fortunate to spend the day with him. He also knows a lot of great places to eat so you will experience some outstanding food along the way. In fact just writing this review makes me want to take the tour again. Highest possible recommendation.

We had booked the starter tour and got a great guide with Worarat, who guided us through Bangkok in perfect German and also explained and showed us the public transport, gave great tips and led us to many corners “beyond the scene”.

It is not my first tour with Bangkok Vanguards and it is deeply impressive every time. If you are really interested in land and people, you are in perfect hands here. Extremely authentic and close to people. Very well organized, although it is even more important to me to feel, eat, smell and enjoy the pulse of the city. You come to places you would never visit on your own and are accompanied very lovingly. I'd award 100 stars if they existed. Looking forward to the next time. Thank you🙏Lila

120% recommendation. 2 tours taken. Amphawa Grassroutes and the 360 degree tour. Both were well organized with delicious food and great information about life in Bangkok. So if you stop in Bangkok you should definitely book a tour with him.

The Bangkok Starters tour was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about our tour guide Ivy. She is incredibly knowledgable and her english was excellent. The food, the temples, the canal tour were all amazing, and the cherry on top was a rooftop bar with an amazing view (and even better popcorn). Highly recommend. A++.

We stayed together as a family for 3 days in Bangkok...We had 2 guided tours on 2 days and it was just mega. Once we had the boss Michael and once his employee Nui. Both just mega! They have brought you to places you would never see alone as a tourist in Bangkok! We did the bike ride once at night and once on foot. You had enough breaks and also food and drink was mega! It was fantastic and a real experience.
I would say: I have seen the most beautiful and important of Bangkok within the days and without the guided tours you would not have seen even 1/3 of what you saw at the end. My family and I can only recommend it. 10/10!

When the title itself says that it is a day tour, then how it has been classified and included under "Night Tours" category on tripadvisor website ???

Dear Tour Professionals,
I would like to find out if you are available on three days in July to spend with us showing the best your city can offer. We arrive from Singapore on July 3 at 5 pm and will stay in Bangkok on July 4. Then we are going to Chiang Mai for 2 days and will be staying in Bangkok again on July 7 and 8.
Please let me know if you are available on all of those 3 days and what tours you can recommend. We are interested in the Grand Palace, most famous Temples, Flower Market, Chinatown, etc.
I hope to hear from you as soon as possible as we are leaving the United States on June 28th going to Singapore.
Additional details: We are a very active couple, can walk a lot, very punctual time wise, interested in everything authentic and worth looking at. We love history, culture, humor, shopping, food, etc.
We are interested in the following attractions:
1. Wat Arun (the Temple of Dawn)
2. Canal tour by a long tail speed boat along original Chaophraya River
3.Grand Palace & The Emerald Buddha Temple
4.Wat Pho (The Reclining Buddha Temple)
5. Flower Market
6. Chinatown or
7. Khaosan Road
8. Wat Saket (The Golden Mountain Temple)
9. Jim Thompson house
Please make your suggestions how to organize our 3 days in Bangkok, your availability and your charges. We are staying at the Oriental Residence Bangkok at 110 Wireless Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan.

Hello!
Both my husband and I were in Bangkok back in March and the best thing we did was to use Bangkok Vanguards, to start us off on Day 1 of our stay in Bangkok. They provide walking tours (that also covers Chinatown) which gives you a flavor of what Bangkok has to offer and at the same time you can get some very useful tips from the owner and guide, Michael. Do look them up on the internet. We did their all-day walking tour - very informative and culturally interesting - best thing we ever did!
From there, we were able to learn different ways of using Bangkok's best public transportation i.e. tuk-tuks, the public taxi boats and the BTS train. Depending on where you intend to go, the taxis can be a waste of time and money when you get stuck in Bangkok's notorious traffic jams.
The Grand Palace and Wat Pho are very popular tourist attractions - so be prepared to stand in line for quite a while to get in. We chose to skip them and opted for the less popular temples as Bangkok has many of them which are just as equally interesting.

Thank you for your message. I can currently not find your email in my system. Can you repeat the date and requested tour again? We received a request via email from a Japanese guest for the 5th but that seems to be a different one. Please note that we are fully booked until January 6th.
