The Chef is an absolutely awesome and funny guy, I learned a lot today! The visit at the local market and the cooking itself were very nice and entertaining. On top of that we got a free cooking book.
10/10 would recommend!

Délicieux moment de cuisine Thaï
Chef dynamique, beaucoup d'humour, toutes les explications nécessaires, avec la visite du marché pour commencer, plats savoureux, et un livre de cuisine en bonus.

Chef Permpoon is a wonderful instructor... After being picked up at our hotel, the day began with a trip to a fresh food market for selection on ingredients. A short trip to a clean, nicely equipped kitchen located on a river farm followed.The chef provided easy to follow instruction on identification and preparation of traditional Thai foods and spices. The resulting dishes were excellent and plentiful. Come hungry! The chef personalized instruction for each student and included presentation tips along with detailed meal prep. A very enjoyable and educational day!

We thoroughly enjoyed learning to cook Thai style with Pon, our humorous teacher. I strongly recommend this course for new and more experienced chefs. Our day started at the market and gave us insights into authentic Thai cooking.

What a great day out! Set in beautiful countryside north of Chiang Mai, we 1st went to the market to pick our fresh ingredients and then a short drive to the cookery school. Pom showed us how to cook 7 different dishes with great flare and lots of jokes while making it easy to understand with lots of useful cooking hints and tips. 100pct recommend.

Gosto de cozinhar e já fiz alguns cursos. Este é o melhor curso rápido que já fiz. O professor chef é muito engraçado e didático. Tem um toque gourmet e o ambiente da fazenda é maravilhoso, muito lindo.

It was a great experience from start to end. Our chef was very good at teaching and also very funny. I've learned a lot of useful techniques that I will practice when I got home. The venue was lovely, very peaceful and relaxing with a nice view and the end result of our chosen dishes to cook was absolutely gorgeous. This is one of the longest running cooking schools in Chiang Mai and it shows in the experience and the quality. My highlight of my 2 weeks visit to Thailand. Highly recommended.

Absolutely funny and good chef. We learned a few new things about the cooking and the regionally ingredients. We was a small group of three and so there was a lot of time to explain the different meals.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Zuerst waren wir an einem sehr traditionellen food market, dort wurden uns die vielen Gemüse/Gewürze erklärt. Dann hat der Chef eingekauft und wir sind zur Cookery School gefahren. Angekommen, haben wir im Garten noch viele Kräuter gepflückt und uns wurde wirklich viel erklärt! Der Chef ist auch für nicht so gut Englisch-Sprechende sehr gut verständlich!
Wir waren eine 4er Mädelsgruppe und hatten das Glück, dass wir unter uns waren (4-10 Pers. Max). Wir konnten uns auch alle eigene Gerichte aussuchen - egal ob Green/Panang Curry usw.
Es war sehr lecker und wurde alles top erklärt!
Wir haben es im Hostel gebucht und 1000Baht pro Person gezahlt :)
