Chiangmai Elephant Heritage provided my friends and I an unforgettable experience with the elephants that they have rescued. Pam (our guide) was vastly knowledgeable, a great communicator and very funny.
She picked us up right on time at our hotel. Walked us through the local market where she bought our lunch. She taught us about the elephants, and instructed us on how to prepare bananas, sugar cane and vitamin balls for the elephants to eat.
Pam also lead us through the feeding, mud bathing, washing and play time. They served us a delightful lunch and she even took amazing photos for our group through the entire experience.
We can’t thank you enough Pam. You are a very special person. And until next time, many blessings and lots of joy.

We (a family with 3 teens from NZ) had a great day with Elephant Heritage. Our local guide Pam was very friendly and helpful and shared a lot of information about the elephants and how they are cared for at the sanctuary. We enjoyed being able to touch and feed the elephants, even if they were a bit scary at first. Helping give the elephants a mud bath and washdown in a pond was also a highlight.
Although this wasn't a wilderness experience, the elephants seemed well cared for and happy. I would have liked a little more time to just watch them wander around doing natural elephant stuff - we saw some others doing this in the distance. The farm setting was lovely and interesting too.
Cooling off at the sticky waterfall on the way home was the icing on the cake.
A great day for the whole family (even the one who was terrified of elephants!). Highly recommended.

חוויה מצויינת וממולצת! פאם המדריכה דוברת אנגלית שוטפת סיפקה מידע על הפילים ועל המקלט שלהם. היא הגיעה לאסוף אותנו ברכב ממוזג לכיוון שמורת הפילים. הפעילות היתה מצויינת והיה המון זמן איכות עם הפילים. פאם דאגה לצלם תמונות מעולות ולשלוח אלינו מיד. בנוסף, הוגשה ארוחה טעימה ואפילו דאגו לאלתר עוגת יומולדת. בדרך חזרה עוצרים במפלים הדביקים שזה בונוס אמיתי! ממולץ מאוד למי שרוצה לחוות חצי יום כיף עם הפילים באווירה נעימה ולקנח במפלים הדביקים.

Heerlijke dag! In de ochtend opgehaald door Pam daarna door naar de olifanten. We mochten ze voeren met bananen en hebben daarna nog vitaminen ballen voor ze gemaakt. Om ze vervolgens nog wat meer te voeren en uit eindelijk in een modderbad te doen en daarna in de poel om weer schoon te worden. Hele fijne plek en ze zijn hier goed voor de olifanten ze mogen gaan waar ze willen en als ze iets niet willen is dat ook Okay. Na de olifanten ga je nog langs de sticky waterval wat ook erg leuk is om is mee te maken. Een super leuke dag en pam was geweldig!

Wir haben die Tour über unser Hotel gebucht. Die Elefanten werden vor Ort gut behandelt und haben genug Freiraum. Sie werden außerdem zu nichts gezwungen. Unsere Tourguides haben viel Wissenswertes über die Elefanten erzählt und standen jederzeit für Fragen offen. Wenn man eine ethisch vertretbare Elefantentour buchen möchte, ist man hier gut aufgehoben.

Belle petite journée organisée, petit groupe accompagné avec Pam et ses superbes crocs ! Le repas du midi était copieux et très bon ! PAM mange du piment 🌶 par kilo !!
