Wir waren begeistert von unserem Ausflug mit unserem Guide Mr. Winai. Nach unserer Ankunft und der herzlichen Begrüßung durch unseren Guide haben wir das Essen für die Elefanten vorbereitet. Die Wanderung mit den Elefanten war sehr schön und super interessant. Es wurde uns viel erklärt über die Tiere, aber auch über die Pflanzen im Dschungel. Da wir in der Nebensaison dort waren, waren wir mit dem Guide, den mahouts und 3 Elefanten alleine unterwegs. Das anschließende Essen war super lecker. Wir können den Ausflug dorthin sehr empfehlen , es war ein tolles Erlebnis.

A wonderful experience

My wife and I are in our 70s and we thoroughly enjoyed our half day tour. We were very well looked after from pick up to drop off and the elephants were delightful. Highly recommended

Great tour, highly recommend!

Pick up and communication were smooth and swift. The air conditioned van was a plus in the summer heat/humidity! Our guide and his team were kind and led us on a wonderful tour. We took our 10 yo and 8 yo and they had a ton of fun! The guides were also super proactive about taking photos of our family in action with the elephants. This is a great tour and we highly recommend it for those looking for a more ethical elephant tour that is family friendly.

Trip of a lifetime!!!

Our whole trip was amazing from start to end, great guide Bob, amazing food, tree top accommodation perfect, clean comfortable great views, beautiful surroundings. Bob our guide made sure our elephant experience was the best possible with great photos and explanations of all the culture, wildlife and plants in the area, very knowledgable! The food through out was delicious with an evening meal fit for a king.

Fabulous day!

We were picked up from our accommodation and drove up into the hills, passing through the beautiful countryside. On arrival we changed and started preparing the elephant food, then shortly afterwards met and fed them. As a group of seven we walked to the waterfall, where we had a delicious lunch with a spectacular view. Then a quick splash in the plungepool, before the elephants joined us. An amazing time was spent bathing them with plenty of photo opportunities. Couldn't quite believe the experience we were having. After walking back to the base we fed them again. Then we had a footspa whilst eating delicious snacks, which finished off the most perfect day. A small group, relaxed pace, with our excellent guide Lida and driver, Mr. Lit made this tour perfect. We really recommend this tour.

Great stay in tree house and experience at remote elephant sanctuary

Lifetime highlight here! We were traveling as a young couple who wanted to spend time with elephants in a ethical, well cared-for setting, and Blue Elephant did not disappoint!
Our awesome guide, Toto, picked us up after lunch on Day 1 and drove us into the mountains for bamboo rafting (lots of fun in the rainy season) and to see the Big Buddha temple. We had a yummy dinner at the Tree House Good View and stayed over in the tree house. Day 2 started out with a big breakfast at the tree house and then we headed to the elephant sanctuary. There, each elephant has its own caretaker that spends all day, every day, caring for their elephant. We fed the elephants, posed for great pictures, hiked with them through the forest, bathed them in the river and hiked back to the camp where we started. After another great meal, we were driven back to our hotel in Chiang Mai. All in all, the best 24 hours we could’ve asked for, and definitely a memory for a lifetime.
