Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful – Avoid at All Costs
It’s appalling and unacceptable that this establishment had the audacity to openly express their dislike for Indians, despite catering primarily to Indian tourists. They demand payment in advance, only to deliver poor-quality massages coupled with shockingly rude behavior.
The front desk staff, especially the lady, displayed an unprofessional and condescending attitude, which is utterly disgraceful. Don’t be fooled by the decor—it’s merely a facade.
Avoid this place at all costs. There are numerous excellent massage parlors in the area that provide far better service and respect their customers. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I’m shocked to read bad reviews here. I love Savanna and went several times during my stay in Pattaya. It is a very relaxing place with none of the hustle of other shops. I highly recommend Lin, an outstanding practitioner.

Excellent therapeutic treatment for my "frozen shoulder", from Bitoey..

Личный мой опыт общения с сотрудниками массажного заведения вообще плачевен. Я даже зайти в салон не смог. Не успел я взяться за ручку двери, чтобы войти, навстречу мне выскочила работница и сказала просто и резко: "Но". Не "извините", не "подождите", не "придите позже". Просто "но"! Но так Но! Я больше сюда не подходил. Заведений этой компании целая сеть по Паттайе. И, судя по отзывам, к клиентам везде подобное отношение. Почему я кол не поставил? По опыту жены, которая меня очень попросила здесь описать её общение с сотрудниками салона. Салон разделил массаж ног, единственный во всем городе, на два вида "рефлексолоджи" - подороже в два раза и "релакс" подешевле. Делается, как оказалось один и тот же массаж, но в первом случае посильнее. Жена сделала три раза вариант подороже и ей очень понравилось. То есть попались умелые массажистки, которые постарались. А четвертое посещение все испортило. Жена по привычке заказав первый вид, ожидала нормального лечебного массажа, но массажистка стала её просто поглаживать (что в два раза дешевле) и болтать с приятельницами. Жена сделала замечание, что массаж оплачен лечебный. Обсудив , судя по всему , с приятельницами "наглость" клиента, массажистка с ожесточением изо всей силы стала давить на ноги. Естественно на нервные узлы. Жена, сжав зубы терпела. На мой вопрос , зачем она терпела издевательства, любимая мне ответила, что опасалась показаться слабой. Ха-ха-ха! экзекуция продолжалась час. Домой любимая пришла вся в синяках и с окаменевшими от напряжения мышцами! Так что массаж в этом заведении - лотерея!

Getting a massage in Pattaya is completely hit and miss. It doesn't matter the shop. Complete luck of the draw. Having said that, usually my chances of a good massage are slightly increased if the shop is a bit bigger, nicer inside and just a bit more expensive.
Haven't had a massage in a long time and after some very long hours of work I was ready to relax. This place checked my boxes for bigger and nicer/cleaner. Should have walked out when I saw the cashier with a sour face. Next I got sadly directed to the gal that would provide the massage. She guided me to a nice room where I put on the typical massage garb for an hour massage. She was equally downtrodden.
Not sure what was going through her mind, but it definitely wasn't providing even an adequate massage. She haphazardly pushed around on my left leg, like she didn't really want to massage at all. After 5 minutes, I told her that was enough, got up, put my clothes back on and exited. Too bad for her, I always leave an above average tip.
The one plus...already out the door, I was called back for a full refund.
Others have had good luck, but I'll never go there again. Thousands of other massage places to try.

I didn’t expect this but it was a very good experience that it is actually for massage and no other service(you know what I mean). The staff who gave me the service was professional in her skills. They also have good quality oil they also served hot tea for relaxation; I selected oil massage. One little thing was that the reception seemed to be a little not in the mood today and I feel a little uneasy. Anyway, overall was good. I would like to visit again
ตอนแรกก็คิดว่าคงเหมือนไม่ต่างจากร้านอื่นมาก แต่จริงๆคือดีค่ะ มันคือร้านนวดจริงๆที่ไม่มีอย่างอื่น(ค่ะ อย่างอื่น อย่างนั้นแหละ)แฝงมาด้วย หมอนวดแกชำนาญดีค่ะ น้ำมันที่แกใช้นวดก็ดีค่ะ แต่ขอตินิดนึง ตรง reception เหมือนจะอารมณ์ไม่ดี บรรยากาศมันจะตึงๆนิดนึง ฝากแก้ไขด้วยนะคะ โดยรวมคือดี ชอบค่ะ อยากกลับใช่บริการอีก

I visited this a couple of times it was absolutely amazing for 1.5 hrs of feet and oil massage.
I tipped 400 bhatt and the girls worked really hard for every bhatt in delivering a mind body and soul frictionless rub.

久しぶりに行き、棒を使って行うフットマッサージを受けました。押す力が弱く、全然気持ちよくありませんでした。もっと強くしてほしいと頼んだら、『追加のお金を払って棒を使わないフットマッサージに変更しなさい』 と言われました。

Inattentive no smile unwelcoming body language probably unhappy to see customer. We pay extra for foot massage but end up having a ticklish foot scratch. Worst experience for this trip yet.
