I had been planning a trip for years to golf Thailand and stumbled upon this haven. Before I arrived I had contacted owners Paul and John... they were super responsive and welcoming, signing me up for several golf trips the bar organises 3-4 times a week. When I arrived I was welcomed by Paul who went far beyond his duties of pub owner and got me all set up. In the week I was there I met several great guys from all over the world. Paul and John do a kick-ass job at organising these trips, ever day we had 2 buses waiting for us and everything was on point, from tee times to getting us back to home base. The bar itself is very warm and friendly and was where I started all my fun nights out. If you like relaxed, accommodating pubs... you'll love Sugar Shack!

Very welcoming host and staff.
The bar itself is nothing special tho it does have 5 large flat screen TV’s with sports and they show case major games of rugby, soccer, fights etc. a small beer is 75thb which is a little higher than other places tho it’s the sports that attract the crowd.
Recommend for a beer and watch your sport of choice👍🏻

Die Sugar Shack Bar haben wir regelmässig für ein Bier oder Gin Tonic am Vormittag genutzt.
Ein Pool Billard Tisch ist auch vorhanden.
Moderate Preise, nettes Personal, angenehm ruhig und sauberes WC.
Wer etwas essen möchte kann von einer Speisekarte des gegenüberliegenden Restaurants etwas wählen und es wird geliefert.
Abends ist es etwas "wuseliger" dort.
Uns hat es jedenfalls gut gefallen.

The bar organises golf visits to local courses. Simple to usebooking system, helpful people around, hired golf clubs there and they were of a good standard and they managed to find me a set with graphite shafts which older people will appreciate. Efficient transport and for a single visitor to Pattaya, could not have been better.

Friendly and welcoming bar. Group of 8 of us played golf on their organised days and they also arranged additional golf days specifically for us. I cannot speak more highly as it all went very smoothly and there were no problems whatsoever.
After the golf the minibus took us back to the Sugar shack bar which is perfect to relax in and talk about the days golf and is also good for watching any sport that may be on as there are several screens.
They looked after us and are a friendly bar that help with all of your arrangements. In addition the minibus and its driver were excellent and always on time.
All in all we cannot wait to arrange our next golfing trip with Sugarshack.

Friend of mine told me about this place for there golf trips. Great trips with vans if you need. Since I travel frequently here, I rent locker above bar and keep my clubs here. Very convenient when normally traveling by scooter. Very good staff, great prices on beer and great to unwind after golf outing.

Came here to watch AFL. The staff and owner made sure we had a great time. The dtaff are happy and friendly. We visited multiple time. Nice quiet spot for a beer and sport.

Great bar with friendly ex pats and staff. Beers are well priced and the service is always good. Wide variety of sports shown and they organise golf days.
You can eat street food or western food from the places opposite. I love their free juke box, though I am not sure my eclectic taste in music always goes down that well with the regs.
If you want a bar to chill away from the madness and meet friendly regulars, this is the place for you.
