Amazing Trip to Vietnam and Cambodia

Whenever we travel to Vietnam we totally put our trust in Best Price Travel and Ms. Hang Moon for their impeccable service. We've been using them 5-6 times in the past and they ALWAYS deliver! All we did was specify which cities we want to visit and Ms. Hang Moon came up with a detailed itinerary for us, including transfers, tour guides and hotels. This time is no exception. As soon as we got to Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi) there's a guide waiting for us and off we went on our amazing journey. Ms. Hang Moon was "on call" during the whole trip and was a phone call away whenever we need her. Here are some highlights of our trip: Halong Bay overnight on "Mon Cheri" cruise was incredible. Tra Que Village biking tour in Hoi An was exciting. Jahan Cruise down the Mekong River to Cambodia was unforgettable and Angkor Wat was wondrous. We won't hesitate to refer them to any of our friends and most importantly, Best Price rate is very reasonable!! Thank you Ms. Hang Moon for another memorable trip!!

Great cruise with a very good guide, a unbelievable lunch und a very nice expierence with short kajak tour. Unforgetable day to remember.

Best Agent Ever!

I Have no idea how we got so lucky and ran into Best price travel. They should call themselves BEST AGENTS EVER instead!

First of all, it was a very last minute trip. I had about 2 weeks before we departed. I was impressed how quickly Alex, our trip planner was, especially with the time change:

Alex was spectacular! Very responsive to all emails and text! He was able to quickly organize everything. Even down to the very little details. He was able to accommodate our specific request. His English was excellent and he even had a sense of humor. Which made trip planning enjoyable.

My dad who’s from vietnam was very worried that this was an internet scam. Alex sent over the business license and business credentials. We even visited the office so it’s all legit if you’re worried. The office building is huge!

Sapa, was incredible. Our guide Lu was very knowledgeable and so sweet to my daughter. They planned it perfectly where they drop you off at the top of the hike; then a car picks up at the bottom, so my 70 year old dad was able to “trek”. I’d say it’s a causal walk.

The hotel in Mai Chau was amazing. Pool front with mountain and rice paddy views. The hotel Sol bungalow was really nice.

We LOVED LOVED THE cruise. We were on Mon Cheri 2. It was totally fantastic! The bed, floor to ceiling window, incredible views, They were 5 star excellent! Loved the crew too! Anne, Tam and Mina were all so kind and didn’t miss a beat. They anticipate our needs and would greet us every time with a smile! We spent 3 days/ 2 nights there. Definitely recommend going that route. The 1 night was too short.

Overall, excellent trip! It was so special and my dad really loved it! He said it was a trip of a lifetime! So again, thank you from the bottom of my heart! I will definitely be recommending Alex from best price travel for friends and family because now they all want to go after seeing our pics!! 😂

Really great cruise with good activities. The ship itself was really good for the price and the food was excellent. Our guide David was very knowledgeable.

We had the most remarkable family tour in Vietnam which our tour agent Kate organised for us.Not only everything was perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that our guides truly cared about us, both the twin babies and adults, and did their best to make this trip memorable. For our baby twins, this definitely has become the most eye-opening, adventurous and captivating journey of their life - something they will remember, draw upon, and cherish for many years to come. For adults, we were pleasantly surprised by the diversity of our trip: from archaeological sites, swimming,kayaking and riding small boats,excellent experience on board of our wonderful cruise- from ever-changing and filled with surprises meals offered on board to culinary experiences,every island and every new activity offered new experiences. We definitely enjoyed them all!We highly recommend BestPrice Travel!

Easy and transparent booking

I booked a cruise at halong bay with Bestprice Travel and was absolutely satisfied with their customer support. At all times I was informed about our itinerary and the next steps.
My travel agent Hera was extremely helpful and very kind. She was really quick to reply to my questions and could help me at all times.
I would recommend Bestprice Travel without a doubt.

Amazing 18 day Vietnam and Cambodia trip

The trip was amazing from start to finish. All of our guides were always on time to greet us and make us feel comfortable. Each guide was very knowledgeable about the location that we were at and easy to get along with. The Hotel accommodations were all great and most were better than what we expected them to be. We opted for private tours and guides which made travelling from place to place a lot more comfortable. Food was amazing! local all very nice. Can’t wait to go back!

Spectacular Halong Bay
Halong Bay experience was the absolute highlight of our holiday in Vietnam. I believe the Indochina Junk cruise Dragon Pearl, was ideal as it did not go to the main Halong Bay, but to a quieter area.
The food was amazing, and plenty. Loved going kayaking. So beautiful.
I was impressed that every communication was prompt between travel agent and us and accurate in all information provided.
When I required to organise transport from Halong back to Hanoi airport, the prompt assistance was appreciated. Communication is such an important factor for things to go well, and I believe it went very well. Would definitely recommend in the future your business

Booked a Halong bay cruise ~My Uyen arranged everything for us couldn’t have asked for a better service .. she even arranged an upgrade for our Anniversary and also onward travel to a new destination south of Hanoi the boat was stunning a truly great experience

Definitely worth the money you spent

It was an amazing experience from booking the cruise until the end. Upon booking, Ms My Uyen immediately texted me via Whatsapp, and communication has been excellent from that point on. Her response to my questions and requirements was excellent, and I really appreciate that. I had an emergency at the last minute because my friend could not make it due to unforeseen circumstances. Because of company policy, I cannot get a refund, but I understand.

I had Tammy as my host for Mon Cherry cruise 2 and she was fantastic throughout. I also want to praise Ann and Vinny for their incredible effort and hospitality during my stay with them.

The cabin exceeded my expectations upon entering, they looked exactly as in the pictures.

The activities included were great - especially kayaking. The food presented was delicious. We caught the sunset but not the sunrise, because of the cloudy weather.

Overall, I had an excellent experience on the mon cherry cruise and would recommend it to other travelers going to Halong Bay in the future.
