I had a wonderful experience with the company, largely due to Feng's expertise. She expertly created a personalized 33-day itinerary covering all aspects of Vietnam. Her efficient booking management was impressive, and she even went above and beyond to arrange alternative accommodations at short notice when I expressed a preference. Her consistent support greatly enhanced my entire vacation. Additionally, Desmond provided excellent daily support, ensuring all my pickups and excursions were on time, even at unusual hours. He was in daily contact, providing contact details and local recommendations. He acted as a helpful guide throughout my 33-day trip.

After reading good reviews on Lily’s Travel, I decided to engage them for a private tour for myself and my daughter to Hanoi, Sapa and Ninh Bình. I was attended by Feng and Desmond join the chat group after I made the initial payment.
In the course of communication from the beginning, I had repeatedly informed Feng and Desmond of my knee condition, a meniscus tear on my left knee and I am to avoid climbing stairs and especially cannot walk down slope. Feng reassured me that she has design an itinerary in Sapa and Ninh Bình that is completely on flat ground.
As the tour approaches, I again repeated my condition and asked both to confirm for Sapa and both Feng and Desmond reassure me multiple times that the itinerary in Sapa are all on flat ground with no down slope.
On day 1 when we arrive in Sapa, we were brought to Heaven Gate and Love Waterfall. I had to skip the waterfall as it is all climbing of steps and my daughter even find it challenging.
Day 2, we were brough to Y Linh Ho + Lao Chai + Ta Van villages. By the time I realized I was trekking down slope, I asked the tour guide and was shocked to find out the almost the entire 3 hours were down slope trek. There were times the guide and my daughter had to hold on both my arms and assist me with going down as some of the slope were very very steep.
This is completely the opposite of what Feng and Desmond reassured me. I have all the whatsapp messages as evident how these 2 person has disregard my safety and given me false information to endanger my knee.
By the time I completed the trek, I was in so much pain and was limping slowly.
When I confronted them, they simply said is a ‘miscommunication’ and I should have skipped the trek if I cannot make it. The purpose of me repeating my condition and repeatedly asking for confirmation from them is to ensure my well being and still able to enjoy the holiday, that is why I paid for a private tour and do my due diligence by asking them many many times. If they have given me the right information, I would have skip sapa and go to another town.
Why should I make so much effort to confirm and reconfirm, pay so much money for a private tour just to be scam and con?
This is my first visit to Vietnam and I am completely disgusted with Lily’s Travel ways of doing business. They have absolutely no integrity and lied openly and repeatedly just to get business.

The private trip that Lilly’s travel arranged for us was fantastic. We had great tour guides and drivers all through Vietnam and Cambodia. Mina was amazing, always on top of everything, taking excellent care of us. She always answered our text messages right away. Excellent travel agency!

Booking the first foriegn tour to Vietnam on Nov 27 to Dec 2, 2024 from Kolkata, India.
PROS
- Being an Indian, the first apprehention of whether your money will be cheated by the travel agency. Lily's Travel transperancy and professionalism gave that trust of "being taken care of" from Day1, when I first interacted with Sora, 6-7 month prior to my travel date.
- The first interaction was a google meet where face to face you interact with your itinerary, with your likes and what all you want in your tour.
- 30% upfront payment, and balance I paid on the 1st day at Hanoi. No other agency was offering this.
- Post 1st payment a whatsapp group is created, where dedicated customer care team is there at your service, literally, 24x7, 24 hrs a day to answer your query.
- The transit cars, group tour guides as car, were all super luxurious limousine cars or private comfortable cars with all the comfort.
- Group tours were through another tour operator which Lily Travel coordinated. Even their comfortable buses and guides were super professional.
- For any query related to your tour or otherwise, the team was always ready to answer back with a smile on their face.
- A special mention of Mina in the customer care team, who was curteous, ready to say 'yes' to all your problems, if any. She was really helpful and took good care of us. A special mention to Rosy as well, where we met every morning before the group tour, with sweet smile on her face.
- North Vietnam- November end was cold around 16 degree, windy at times. Each place has its own beauty. Hanoi with its rich heritage and culture. Ninh Binh with natural beauty of Trang An boat ride and Bai Dinh Pagoda. Halong Bay with a dream come true experience to cruise along the beauty of nature. An unforgetable experience, that I will cheish for long long time.
- The weekend walking street of Hanoi with food, music, shopping, activities..what all can you expect.
CONS
Sorry, could'nt find any..
Sora and Mina thank you once again for arranging everything to see your lovely country. Will come back again for sure with Lily's Travel.

Very good service, highly recommended. The view of Lanzhou Bay is beautiful, but not very noisy, the 5-star cruise is very comfortable, the meal is also great, everyone can participate, the service of Hyda is good, we care, Lili is good. Next time you go to Vietnam, you still want to take Lili's trip. Any questions on the journey can be asked and they will help you solve.

Starting with a group of over 30 friends and spouses, 26 of us eventually made this once in a lifetime trip. We were from three different countries, starting our trip from Hanoi. Took a day city tour of Hanoi, followed by an overnight 2D/1N cruise of Halong Bay, next day in Ninh Binh. Then we took a flight to Da Nang but stayed in the quaint city of Hoi An. We were there for the incredible lantern festival day of Nov 15. What a great experience. We next did day trips to Hue and sights in Da Nang. Following that, the group flew to HCM city. Spend a day shopping in Ben Thanh market and a river cruise in the Mekong Delta. We stayed in 4-5 star hotels and resorts. The breakfast spreads were incredible. Many of the lunches were also arranged by Lily travels.
Overall, the trip could not be better arranged. Airport pickups and drop offs on different days and times, hotel arrangements, tour buses and guides were all on time and perfect. Lily travels made every arrangement so that we had no issues. We would like to mention three special people at Lily travels who made this all happen. A huge shout out to Little Sunny, Mina and Quinny who made sure that no detail was overlooked. Both during the planning stage and during our trip itself. A heartfelt thank you for a wonderful experience and a lifetime of memories

We completed a family trip to Vietnam on 23rd November 2024. We had booked the trip through Lily's Travel, which turned out to be a very good decision. Desmond of Lily's coordinated with us throughout and took care of everything. In fact, they delivered as promised, going the extra mile to ensure our comfort and safety. Thank you once again Lily's and Desmond for the wonderful 13 days in Vietnam.

The whole trip was amazing. Had a wonderful experience. Everything was scheduled perfectly, especially our stay in the cruise was too good. My one year daughter was very excited and had lots of fun. We would love to travel again in the near future to Vietnam through Lily's agency.

Hi there , my son is 22years old , a South African citizen travelling on a South African passport .He is wanting to visit Vietnam in Dec during his Uni break . Planning to stay for app 28 days . In order for him to get a visa we need to book a tour with a local Vietnamese travel agent . They have to supply him with a letter for the embassy . We are more than happy to do this . Please advise on a good local travel agent to assist us . He is wanting to have a backpacking experience.

For the Sapa trek (1) can we leave large suitcases back in Hanoi and (2) do we trek with our day packs for the 1-night stay, or it gets ported to the homestay?

We left our main luggage in Hanoi in the hostel store cupboard, I believe most hostels have these. Once in Sapper our hosts took our main bag to the accomodation and we just carried what we needed for the day. Hope this helps.
