I went there on one of their 2 location in Gold spa. the spa is located on the 4 floors of the Golden Hotel> First nobody reply to the email, second nobody reply to Facebook and third they do not understand English on the phone. The welcome is really not a spa, its more a self-service without smile and pampering. The massage was average even sometimes hurting. I can tell you instead of repairing my back, it was more painful. No shower propose after, they were nobody in the spa and they mixe in the same room boys and girls. At the end instead of changing the towel is was preparing for the next massage not Hygenic at all !! Plse do not go there...

I had gotten a massage while in Hanoi and thought I would like to get another one in Hue. I ordered a 90 minute Vietnamese massage but, unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. The noise from the traffic was loud as anything and when I laid down, it felt like a piece of wood was jamming against my jaw. When he realized how uncomfortable I was the masseuse had me turn over but the pillow I was given was so thick that that was equally as uncomfortable.

This place has really good service. I did a body massage, that’s great and The staffs are very nice and welcoming . I definitely come back here again.

Besides the beautiful view in Vietnam, having an amazing massage at the Pansee Spa is one of the things that I really enjoyed and would love to do again. The room is very well decorated and bed is very comfortable. The service is very friendly and I am very thankful they gave me a lot of information of restaurant and sites after the massage . The massage itself was so relaxing and totally worthy.

Amazing massage experience!I traveled to several cities in VN on a business trip and had done several different massage,and I have to say this one is the best! Very good indoor environment, professional massage skills and all the staff always with a smile on the face. I will come back later!

Execellent Massage In Hue

This is the first time i did Massage in Vietnam, it is on the fourth floor of our group's hotel. Mr Long is the nice boy, he is professional methods and service made me very relax. It is the best way to do the massage after one day's working.

The massage is amazing! I did a lot of massages in different countries and this place is really impressed to me. The massagist has very good skill and the service is very good too! Really enjoyed it and want to do in everyday! No doubt will come back again and will highly recommend to friend too!
