We only travel with VIP express vans with this company within Cambodia and also to Bangkok. We have made no less than twenty trips since our arrival and everything is going pretty well overall.
Of all the drivers I wanted to highlight one who had a very respectful behavior throughout the journey both on his way of driving which was very professional because he did not take any risks to endanger us and on his way of addressing us with great respect. It was a journey from Phnom Penh to Kampot and I was sitting next to this driver and for the first time I felt safe on the road.
Thank you for your conduct and I hope others can set an example for you!!

Bad company the person next to me was in seat 13 and was on top of the wheel and therefore the legs did not know where to put them, suitcases between the seats and horrible transport "very tight"

What a mistake it was travelling with this bus company. Old buses, hot onboard with little air con and stopping many times to let people off on the way. Giant Ibis or Laretta in future.

We booked a bus that was supposed to leave at 1am, past 2:30am, not seeing our bus arrived we ask for information because nobody gives us any!
It’s only at almost 3am that we are FINALLY told that our bus had a problem. So the bus never arrived
Unfortunately it happens and we can be understandable......
Only the staff didn't want to refund you or put us on another bus
They only wanted to pay us back in small amounts over several months....
Really inadmissible!
We were 2 young girls in the middle of the night in Phnom Penh, with no place to go. We ask them if they do not have a taxi number or if they can look on the internet, they only tell us that no they do not have a number. Really no help and arrangement from them!!!
After lengthy negotiations, we were put on a bus the next morning
We obviously missed our ferry to Sihanoukville the next morning.
Again no gesture on their part
Unfortunately, they speak practically no English. They waited until 4 a.m. or 3 hours later to bring back their colleague who speaks English.
INADMISSIBLE!!! I do not recommend this company!

We booked a bus for 1:30 am from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville.
The bus never came.
Request for refund refused and request to change bus for free refused too.
They wanted us to repay a ticket or refund us over several months.
After a long negotiation and having almost us even click on their computer to reclaim seats on an empty bus, we had a bus at 6:30. They waited until 4am to finally call a colleague who spoke English to print us our tickets.
No gesture on their part, so we also missed our ferry at 8:30 because of all this. There too, no gesture on their part.
They don’t speak English, they don’t want to make us feel better when it’s their fault.
We are 2 young girls, we spent the whole night in their bus warehouse.

Used them multiple times in recent years. Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh, to Siem Reap, to Battambong. to Ho Chi Minh, and others.
Generally reliable, on time, use different buses for different routes and times of day, generally well maintained, to maximise use over churn.
Sometimes the upholstery might be not what it used to be, but this is Cambodia, and here you make the best use of what you have, because thrift has been drilled in by decades of poverty.
I'm giving five stars because they've never let me down, unlike some of the competition.

We booked a bus ride from siem reap to battambang. Instead of a bus, we were put into a private taxi for the trip for some reason, along with other passengers. This vehicle didn't have enough seatbelts for everyone. The driver drove at breakneck speed honking horn, tailgating and overtaking all while constantly using two phones, answering and making calls. We and another passenger asked him to stop using his phone a couple of times, which he eventually did do. The fast driving continued. Don't recommend this experience at all.

Crossed the border to Bangkok, from Battambang. Excellent service and super speedy. We've taken a few mini buses and this was the best experience we've had. Free water, snack, WiFi and lots of leg room. Driver was great and the whole team were super informative about how long stops were, instructions on immigration and where we were going.

We had an amazing trip from Siem Reap to Bangkok and Alex did everything so nice and welcoming. All the Khmer staff was super kind as well. They have WiFi at the bus, bathroom and also a lunch included.

Worst SE Asia transfer I’ve ever experienced. Driver was horrendous, recklessly weaving around traffic and incapable of driving in a straight line despite the car sensors making it clear he was continually swerving. Sat on his phone constantly sending text messages, voice notes, reading spreadsheets and making calls whilst driving at high speeds. No warning when we were going to stop for rest breaks. No English whatsoever so no idea what was happening at any time. Stopped for 30 mins (without warning or any communication in english) just so we could watch him shovel endless amounts of food into his chubby cheeks at 11.30am. Then got to spend the remainder of the journey listening to him picking and sucking his teeth. Do not travel with these guys or certainly not this driver. For info we travelled from Phnom Penh to Battambang on the morning of 22.02.24. Staff weren’t much better when we arrived at the check in point either as we were passed between five different members of staff, each equally as unhelpful and disinterested as the last.

You can arrange pick up from the company at your accommodation for 1or2$ according to how far this is from Virak Buntham agency (olympic market), but remember that the transport arranged will be a tuk tuk, so if you are staying far away from the Olympic market or have many bags it might be worth sharing a taxi or getting there by yourself. We were staying at Banana Hotel and the tuk tuk trip lasted around 30minutes with 2 rucksacks and 2 more backpackers like us..slightly uncomfortable but memorable experience!
