We had a great time with Vypichr (“V”) on our evening street food tour in Phnom Penh. The food was the best we’ve had so far in Southeast Asia. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and brought us to places we would never have found on our own.

Soaly was an incredible tour guide - very informative and we never felt rushed! My dad and I both felt like we received an amazing insight into the soul of Phnom Penh.

This was one of the highlights from my trip to Cambodia. Soaly, our local tour guide, was so knowledgeable and patient with the group. This tour involves taking you to local mom and pop shops that you would have never had the opportunity to discover, all the while tasting key, representative dishes of their local cuisine. Definitely recommend.

I booked a morning tour and had Soaly as a guide! He is so friendly, knowledgeable and funny! Such a great experience! We tried different foods, fruits, drinks, by the end of it we were so full from both food but also experiences. We also really enjoyed the market stroll, it is a great way to get insights of the local life.
Truly recommend you book this tour and hopefully you can also get Soaly as a guide and have this great experience like us!

We did the breakfast tour on a Saturday morning, and we were delayed about 20 minutes due to some issue with another party in the group; the tuktuk arrived about 10 minutes after the tour was due to start. The tour was a bit disappointing; the explanations from the guide were a bit lacking, seemingly party due to a lack of command of English and a lacking of general outgoing-ness that the best food-tour guides that we have had in other countries. The pacing overall was a bit off; there was a time after one location where we seemingly waited for 5 minutes for no apparent reason.
The food/locations we visited themselves were fine; we particularly enjoyed the wet market and seeing the local people shopping. Aside from the logistical hiccups, I think our experience would have been more enjoyable with a guide with a stronger appreciation for food and better equipped for an English-speaking group.

My girlfriend and I had a great morning with Vypichr and Sivhong!
We went to a lovely little place that served coffee and a delicious morning noodle soup. Afterwards, they showed us around a morning market and how all the local street vendors and restaurants got their produce.
Then we went to two more lovely small restaurants and ate like locals.
We ended the tour at the cutest little coffee shop that served the greatest coffee!
The best thing about all these places is that we did not see one other tourist - we totally felt like we were dining with the locals.
And the guides were just great, their English was excellent and they knew a lot.

We booked this tour at 2 pm same day and luckily was paired with Vy! Her local insight and hospitality definitely made a great impression on us. I appreciate that all the food stops were authentic and weren't watered down to cater to foreign tourists. I would recommend booking with Vy as she made this tour very memorable.
