Hello, good afternoon!
It was a great experience, I have been to Gramado other times, including in boutique hotels, and the Hotel Cercano surprised me, great location, very cozy room, a detail, which for women makes a lot of difference, the hair dryer, excellent, good breakfast, academia although small, did not leave to desire and very attentive staff.
I recommend!

It was rainy day and it could not be better day for sightseeing Nur Sultan. We had great guid, she explained us everything. And one day was enough to learn most important facts about Nur Sultan. Even weather conditions were terrible our driver was awesome! For sure if I come back in Kazahstan I will arrange tour with ACT. Thank You for everything!

Добрый день! Хотим поблагодарить Олесю за интересную экскурсию!!!! Рекомендуем всем!!!! К сожалению из-за позднего прилёта, пришлось сократить время проводимой экскурсии, но благодаря Олесе, мы получили полное представление о городе! О Казахстане! О традиция и нравах казахского народа!!! Олеся, влюбила нас в Казахстан и теперь мы думаем вернуться летом, уже для изучения окрестностей и природных чудес, степей и оазисов это прекрасной Страны!!!

Мы были в Нур-Султане впервые и по совету знакомых решили заказать экскурсию. Это было верное решение. Сами бы мы не успели осмотреть столько интересного, везде попасть за полдня. Ернур показал нам музей президента, башню Астана-Байтерек, музей технологий будущего ЭКСПО-2017 и самую большую мечеть. Мы перемещались по городу на автомобиле, поэтому не успевали замёрзнуть, не смотря на довольно низкую температуру на улице. Было комфортно. Ернур рассказал нам много интересного, он сумел сразу расположить к себе, было приятно и интересно его слушать. Нур-Султан впечатляет. Масштабность замыслов президента, ставшая реальностью! Не знаю, где ещё в мире есть что-то подобное. Можем рекомендовать эту компанию, как надежного и пунктуального туроператора. По нашей просьбе маршрут был расширен- здесь внимательно и гибко подходят к запросам туристов. Мы благодарим Ернура и компанию.

Bus came to pick us up from the hotel with the guide. Most places we just passed by with the bus, we didn’t enter. Guide was extremely positive and eager to work BUT with disappointing knowledge and even worse English. We found out more from googling the things then from him. City itself is really interesting. Buildings built by most famous world architects scattered all over the city, mosque with Quran example from 12th century, big shopping malls, all major hotel chains, but needs a couple more million inhabitants, to really kick off with the metropolitan feeling. So far it’s the great vision of Nursultan Nazarbayev that materialized and government officials moved from Almaty to Astana, today Nur-Sultan, but until all the businessman, actors, intellectuals move to Astana you will have a feeling that you’ve visited amazing but empty city..

Taking a private tour of Nur-Sultan was the BEST thing we ever did (other than attend the 2019 Senior World Wrestling Championships). Our guide took us to the key sights and gave us a history of the making of the city. Since every ticket entrance was included in the price, we didn't have to stand in line to wait. We learned so much by visiting the Baiterek Tower, the National Museum, Hazret Sultan Mosque, and the Expo 2017 that made our trip to Kazakhstan a memorable one!

A friend and I had have a private day tour of Astana with Kanat, and we can not recommend him enough. He was friendly, knowledgeable, spoke English very well, and organised a pleasant day for us to see the highlights of Astana. It's a rather curious, spread out and modern city, so we found having a driver and private guide was the best way to see what we wanted to see in a short period of time. In advance of the trip, there was easy and prompt communication with the organising team.

I just want to say thank you to ACT for organizing an interesting, comfortable, convenience day trip for me to Burabai, hosted by the brilliant Genghis and our excellent driver Serge. I had one day to go sightseeing outside of Nur-Sultan and this package perfectly aligned with my schedule. Genghis was warm and friendly from the moment he picked me up at our meeting point. Serge whisked us away in a very comfortable and clean car to Burabai. I learned so much during my conversation with Genghis, got to see the awesome natural beauty of the magical green Burabai forest in the middle of the steppe, and made it home in time for a delicious dinner at a restaurant recommended by Genghis and Serge. The day wouldn't have been complete without picking up a delicious jar of honey at a roadside farmer's market. Thank you Genghis and Serge for an amazing day! Kate Liebelt
