Hi the follow has(in my opinon). The worlds worst customer service for disabled adults. That I can think of, I was a customer of theres for 5 years, never had a problem, except that they charge a booking fee!however, I was horrified to find, I had a paid for a trip, and sadly couldn't go, I had cancelled it well withinn there time travell! I didn't even mind loosing my £20 as a booking fee, as I had paid a lot more! I was told they'd refund my ticket, I'd have to send my old ones back, as I hadn't used them! No problem, I even sent them back recorded delivery! However because I'm dysabbled(even with a rail card!), I misplaced the post officers recorded slip, and they refused to refund me!

مكان ممتاز و راقي و نظيف يقع داخل مجمع و يتكون من ٣ طوابق، يمكن الوصول إليه مباشرة بالميترو قريب من ساحة تقسيم و بالقرب من مطعم نصرة

My children had fun in this place, but tbh, its not that big (dunno why they claim to be the biggest indoor park).

If you have spare time and happens to be in the neighbourhood, then why not visit this place and have some fun.
But if you're in a tight schedule or staying far from the mall, then imo, it's not worthed. Visit other places.

Kapalı bir mekanda bu kadar büyük bir eğlence merkezi olduğunu gelmeden önce tahmin etmiyordum.
Ancak gezince gördük ki herkesin zaan kaybetmeden görmesi gereken bir yer.
