My wife & my daughter visited the Saloon for hair color & my daughter for hair cut.
Unfortunately, the hair dresser ( ISLAM) burned the hair of my wife & started giving excuses for this issue. I managed to call the Madam Khouri & she started giving excuses that she was not in the Saloon today & she didn’t care till i insisted in seeing her next day.
The attached picture speaks.

I was in Amman, and needed to go to the beauty parlour for some quick refreshing before we were to meet our friends. The friendly driver took me to Concept Beauty, and I had such a good experience here. The staff was very professional and friendly. Even though their English isn’t perfect, they’re diligent and welcoming. I got my nails painted and it was really well done. They used OPI, which was perfect. The place is really nice and definitely quite cheap!

The receptionist was friendly, and interpreted for me with the woman doing the beauty treatments. The cleanliness of the place let it down when compared with Australian beauty salons - it all looked just slightly shabby. They were very kind to my infant daughter while I was being treated.

Messaged this beauty salon quite early in the morning asking for details about pedicures. They responded within minutes and found an appointment for me and a friend that afternoon. The salon is clean, the atmosphere is very pleasant and a cup of tea was included in the 10JD bill. There's a large selection of good quality varnishes in interesting colours. A French pedicure adds 1JD to the bill. The manager also provides a loyalty card so after a number of visits you receive a free neck massage, lip threading etc. I do recommend this salon as they provide an excellent service at a good price, pus there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars in the area if you really think that you should spoil yourself.
