The security guy was so rude. I was waiting for my driver to arrive and the security guard refused to let me wait with my bags.

The employees are really approachable, the surroundings are clean, many stores you can choose in low prices, strict guidance in social distancing. Im happy to visit citymall..

Wonderful experience. Wide selection of shops and restaurants.
Staff are very professional.
Location is perfect for locals and tourists.
Entertainment is a must try if you have kids or you love karting (CityKart and Treasure Island)

City mall has been one of the most convenient malls in Lebanon. The diversity of shops is great and the food options are great too. You can spend a whole day shopping, eating, having coffee, meeting friends. I like the parking here since it's reasonably priced and very clean. It's easy to find my car when I park it at city mall as opposed to other mall's complicated parkings.
