We had such a nice time, especially at the pool. Isaac was so hospitable, and made sure we were taken care of. We appreciated him.

Actually I was very disappointed today in the swimming pool
Starting from the outfit of the guest not following the rules of the pool swimming regulations
In addition the food and juices were permitted inside the pool , however,the lifeguards on today duties did not give any feedback to the gust so i have interfered by myself after i bring their attention's , reminding the family that is not allowed food and drinks inside the water pool , one of the guest was very rude to me with her replays that she has the right to do it since no instruction came from lifeguard.
Not last but least we are member for more than five years and i cant accept my children to swim in such dirty water from gusts food lefties and get allergic from people not following the swim dress code regulation.
Consider this feedback as complaint to revisit your staff awareness and what action must be taking with gust not following the pool regulations.
Hope this will not be repeated in near future to retain your customers at your hotel and avoiding complains reaching to authorities.

I visited Westin hotel Doha I really liked it here and I liked the indoor pool I really like the lifeguard Tara she’s really nice she forbid towels and water

Hello, yes our wet area, gym, and sauna are separated from male to female, with regards to the indoor pool we have ladies only timings, as well at evening
