We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the tour and we regret upon to hear your loss. However, as part of tour briefing and in the waiver form, it is clearly mentioned that we tour operators are not responsible of any loss valuable items and to carry valuable item with them. We provide boxes where you keep your non valuable items and for valuable items, we provide dry bags on request which you carry along with you during kayaking tour. This is the first time we have ever received such complaint. Abu Dhabi is one of the safest cities where no one touches any items which does not belongs to them. As per the law, if you in possession of an item which doesn’t belong to you is theft and it is punishable act followed by a deportation. All our employees are well aware of the law. As a part of improvement, we will emphasis on briefing to all the guest to carry their valuable items along in dry bags provided by us. We hope to serve you again. Thanks
