Vineworks is a cozy winebar that gives you a European feeling in the middle of Seoul. Eating and having wine at Ians place is like being at his home with a cozy ambience and a very attentive host. Will defintiely be back when the heat is less to enjoy the wonderful rooftop!

I enjoyed this more than I anticipated; and I already figured I would like it a lot. The space is cozy and intimate, and you quickly bond with all who are in attendance. It is wonderfully organized and Ian, the man who hosts the events, is very personable. The food is delectable, the wine is superb, and the company complements the whole experience. I feel more well-versed in wine culture now and I made great acquaintances with people from different parts of the world. It was nice to be able to bond over a shared love of food and wine. Grateful that Ian provides this space in Seoul to do so, because I never thought I could experience this on this side of the world. I do suggest booking in advance so you can enjoy the entirety of the experience. It’s definitely more than worth it.

We found this location on Google maps, and while they normally do events the owner still served us wine, :). Good wine and prices, and a friendly owner. Highly recommend calling and booking while in Seoul!

Whether you are checking out one of their numerous monthly events, looking for a welcoming space to host your own event or interested in grabbing a bottle and chatting on the rooftop with friends, this place does it all. I've attended a few of their monthly and special events and without fail the food is fantastic and unique, the wine selection is unparalleled and the ambiance feels warm and homey. Such a quality find in a city as crazy and busy as Seoul.

第一次去这家店是去年11月底，无意中在Facebook看到，因为自己很喜欢葡萄酒，但并不喜欢很多红酒吧拘束一本正经的形式，就决定去这里试试。第一次就爱上了这里。怎么说呢，这里整个气氛有在好朋友家聚餐的感觉。氛围很棒，即使一个人来，也可以很容易和其他客人聊天，交朋友。店主是在韩国十几年的英国人，非常搞笑低调，对红酒很了解却不装模作样。酒吧有三层，屋顶是花园，天气好特别适合在这里喝一杯冰镇的白葡萄酒。
这里每周基本上周三周五和周末都有品酒的活动，同时他们也帮助举办私人派对，如果有生日聚会之类的，真的没有比这里更棒的了。6月初我一个朋友搬去新加坡工作，我们在这里给她办了欢送派对，照片是食物和酒，价钱特别划算。食物都是老板亲手烹调的！美味呀。
如果喜欢红酒，也可以预定，老板会亲自送上门哦。
首尔最喜欢的地方，喜欢喝酒交友的朋友们一定要去。关注他们的instagram 吧。

Go with friends, go with a date, go alone and meet one or the other! Great hosts who teach and preach wine knowledge never fail to entertain with positive vibes. Speaking Korean or English, sometimes French sometimes Russian, it's the only place to buy wine in Seoul! Sign up quick because dinner parties fill up fast.
