I paid in cash for many items but you can sometimes use credit cards. I was with a group so I think that made a difference as well.

We used Memphis tours (they are in TripAdvisor) to book our trip. They did a brilliant job as tour guides & booking the boat & internal flights. We booked our own international flights & I wish I had booked our own hotel in Cario.

Hello there, I worked on the Nile Cruises for Thomas Cook, actually on 4 different boats in all. i cannot vouch for many other than the ones I worked on. However, depends on how luxurious you want it or whether you are on a budget or looking for a 4 star and not 5. The top rated ones are the Sonesta St George, MS Farah and a few others. If you still would like a good standard, the the Semiramis 1, 2 and 3 are sailing and i worked on this chain which are sunrise cruises. ll boats now are all inclusive of meals, with drinks usually charged separately (tea and coffee included at breakfast). We were on a carrier named Maxim Nile. Food and drinks were good, Belly dancer, the Oriental Show, an open buffet style dinner were included.Gratuities and dinner beverages are not included in the price of this Dinner Cruise was $85 for one person by my tour company in Dec 2015. Belly dance was good for adults, they had a folklore band and music provided by house band.

Emo Tours arranged everything from hotel pick up and drop off, the cruise offered intl buffet dishes which was good plus the belly dancing show.
