We arrived into Nairobi after a tiring trip gorilla trekking in Uganda. As we had a few hours in the hotel to spare, my wife and I decided to book the couples spa treatment at the Devarana Spa, which is part of the Dusit D2 hotel.
We had Aoi and Anita as our spa therapist and can honestly say they provided an excellent treatment, which was much needed.
Everything was perfect, from the heated massage beds to the hot towels to relax the muscles.
Thoroughly recommend this spa as it provided great value for outstanding service in comparison to other places we have been around the world.

This was my first time at the spa and I walked in and felt completely at home. The welcome I got from Debra and Evelyn was phenomenal. I was taken through the brief on the oils and what kind of massage I preferred by Evelyn. She then introduced me to Georgina, who has left a mark with her genuineness and hospitality. She was very professional and charming all at the same time. She is in my opinion a definite asset. I have already recommended her services to my friends and family. She is the reason I would go back.

It was truly a garden in heaven experience. Service was superb from the reception to the treatment room. The receptionist was very hospitable and my therapist was well skilled and had excellent guest care. I felt really pampered.
Would surely recommend it to my friends and relatives.

Excellent service and ambiance.
Was welcomed by Debrah and Evelyn who are quite friendly and even helped me chose the best massage for me since I had a back issue.
The Ginger Back massage extremely was therapeutic! I mean, who knew one could add ginger to a massage!
I will definitely be coming back!

Absolute HEAVEN!!! The ambiance is phenomenal and was much needed after a hectic week traversing all around Nairobi and Kisumu - I needed a mental and physical break. When you walk in it is beautiful with lots of dark woods and the receptionist immediately tends to your needs. You get to pick from four delicious smelling bespoke body oils and then you remove your shoes and get slippers. The treatment rooms are amazing and they pay amazing attention to detail. As someone who gets massages monthly, there was a hot lemon and mint water that you smell as you lay face down - heavenly! My therapist was wonderful and made sure I was comfortable and checked in every so often to make sure there were no adjustments needed. Can't recommend this place enough. Tea and cookies at the end were a lovely ending touch.

I have experienced the hospitality of Dusit D2 since it opened for business. This time I went to the spa. It did not disappoint. Devarana Spa is really heaven. The therapists, hostesses at the reception and general atmosphere was so welcoming, relaxing and professional, and extremely attentive. And one thing that is not common amongst hotels in Kenya nowadays is that they have maintained standards, meaning that one is guaranteed to have a great time all round, every time they go to this spa. Exceptional and excellent service! This is outstanding!! I wish I could give it maximum stars over and over again. Well done Devarana Spa!

Great spa and an excellent experience. Spa employee was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 from walking in to the end of our treatment. A must visit.

Well situated at the Dusit D2 hotel... very well trained staff at reception.. great pre massage brief and sampling of 4 different oils which were all fantastic so difficult to choose one.. the massage rooms are very spacious, tastefully decorated and best of all is that the shower and toilet is ensuite within the massage room. A heated pad on the massage bed is an excellent idea.. the Thai masseuse excellent... had a 1 hr Swedish massage but not enough time.. should have booked a longer treatment..

Hi Ruth...probably too late for my answer - you call the spa on 020 4233444 and make an appointment. Or call Dusit and ask to be connected to the Spa to book an appointment.
