Took me an hour to get here by metro but we’ll worth the journey and the next time I am in Beijing which should be soon I will be back, Great beer and very welcoming the opening times displayed on the web and search engines is wrong they are open a lot longer I will add picture.

This is the most charming brewery I have ever visited. It is in the middle of the Hutongs in Beijing. The bar is tiny but super cozy and friendly. It has a huge outdoor patio. If you are ever in Beijing you must walk around the Hutongs and then take a break at Great Leap. I promise you will love it!

Good selections of craft beer, price starts from RMB 25. They don't serve food/ sell snack, but plenty of restaurants, including a good Beijing hotpot and Xinjiang restaurants. You could also order takeaway.
Good spot to hang out with friends. It's also a pretty neighborhood.
Transportation: no taxi access at the door, needs to walk outside of the wutong. 10 minutes walk from the closest metro.

胡同旁的小众啤酒馆，喝出了时间的静止。
从什刹海到南锣鼓巷的巷子里，一不长心就走错巷子，来到了豆角胡同。在门外时看到了这家店觉得特冷清什么的，一进入内门时，突然就惊呆了。一进门就看到了特别多的外国人，以为还来到了国外的啤酒馆。

如果你在什刹海和南锣鼓巷附近，那么你可以百度地图直接搜索大跃啤酒就能到达。
营业时间:

人均消费:
50元，你可以和朋友点一杯啤酒在这里畅聊人生。
特色推荐:
孟德啤酒 淡脾6号 子龙APA 谱子酸脾等。
实用tips:
冬天还是早点来吧，一定要坐室内，如果坐室外也是有火炉的。但是夏天坐在树下是特别好的。

They have about 20 different beers on taps. I tasted just few of them and they were really good ones.
This place is in Hutong area and it’s a little bit difficult to find out but you’ll manage with Google Maps.
They have some tables inside and more outside but during my visit it was too cold to stay outside.

Maybe a bit hard to find especially in the dark as these winding “hutongs” (alleyways) of Beijing are barely lit at night. However if you do end up finding the place it’ll be well worth the visit. Large selection of Great Leap’s own craft beer on tap. Nice traditional Beijing style courtyard and interior setting.

Realmente tienes de buscarlo en el mapa, puesto sino sabes donde está exactamente no es fácil encontrarlo, pero realmente vale la pena visitar esta cervecería.
Lugar muy cuco, con una terraza tranquila donde tomar una cerveza, bares con terraza en China, digamos que no existen, y los que hay con caros; y aquí se cumple con esta premisa.
Las cervezas son muy buenas pero tienen un precio elevado, las pintas están sobre los 40-55 yuanes

Amazing range of beers from stouts to pilsners. We tried a couple of flights (4 tasters for RMB50) which were both delicious and diverse. Great outside seating area in a vibrant and atmospheric courtyard

Small courtyard with plenty of tables, with an even smaller inside air conditioned bar. Excellent craft beer on tap. Especially enjoyed the Little Emperor IPA. Smoking ok outside. Expect to share if you had at a larger table. Crowd includes locals, ex pats, and tourists, and everyone is friendly but it's no big deal if you just want to chill alone. Hard to find at first. Persist. It's worth it!

This place is all about the location - beautiful courtyard tucked away in a quite hutong alleyway. Gem! Beers are very decent too. Love the idea of ordering food from nearby restaurants. Great place to explore the hutongs as you literally have to walk through to get there!

Are children OK here? We would like to visit and will be traveling with a toddler who is very well travelled and a regular at restaurants and bars.

Yes, I think children are fine here. It's a pretty relaxed bar and most of it is open courtyard so lots of space to fine a quieter corner if you need it.
