I cannot describe how wonderful my experience was when I entered my spa, as I feel my words will not justify how professional, caring and attentive the staff were from the moment I entered the spa.
I was fortunate to receive a gift voucher to the spa which enabled me to have my amazing experience. I have selected the Ayurvedic massage as the description was attractive to me.
I was welcomed by the front desk in such a sweet and polite manner, followed by a greeting from one of the well-being team who showed me around the changing, locker and relaxation room. She was extremely polite and soft spoken when explaining the latest covid-19 rules and guidelines which the spa had to follow and what should I be expecting throughout my spa journey.
The environment was clean and efficient, there were lockers where you could store your items, bathrooms, and showers. Towels and other amenities were available for guests and the staff were all there to support.
Later on I was greeted by my masseuse, who sadly I have forgotten her name, who was attentive to my needs. And she had given me the best massage and spa experience I have ever had in Hong Kong! The massage was so nice I was truly a new woman after my experience as I felt calm and relaxed.
Although the services were expensive, I’d say that it’s worth it and I will certainly visit again in the near future.

Just went there during the long weekend.
Luckily we can make an appointment for it.
The environment is spacious and relax.
The view from the spa room is excellent.
The staff is experienced and relax much after the massage.
Congratulations for the spa received a record for breaking 6 5-star ratings this year.
The Prosecco is great but a bit hurry to finish it.
If there is so birthday package then that’s great~
Overall is above standard.

During our stay at the Four Seasons, my girlfriend and I had the pleasure of visiting this large, beautiful spa, with views over the swimming pool from our treatment room. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage and she had a 90 minutes hot stones massage, and we both enjoyed them immensely PLUS the masseuse’s attention to my lower back has hopefully sorted out an issue I have been having there recently! The prices here are far higher than we had ever paid for massages before and we very much viewed it as a treat, something we would not normally do. Once you accept the prices, it’s hard to view this spa as anything other than one of the very best (in terms of setting and quality) in HK. Thank you for our wonderful treatments earlier today, we loved it, and the complimentary champagne was lovely too!

I had the Lomi Lomi massage as part of the wellness retreat. I can say with complete sincerity that this is an unforgettable, truly exceptional spa experience. The massage is deep, soothing, healing, and very special. The staff, led by Angela, pay very special attention to every possible detail. The heated massage beds are like clouds, the botanical oils are rich and fragrant. I’ve tried so many spas and hotels and this is hands down the best. Angela takes your happiness very seriously and takes time to ensure you have a personalised, special, magical healing experience. My 2 hours in the spa felt like a holiday. Hands on heart - amazing.
Full disclosure - I was at FS spa for an instagram collaboration - but 100% of what I have written above is accurate, sincere, and true. I had a truly wonderful experience and I’d recommend the spa to anyone needing rest and relaxation.

The environment is really nice and you can see their pool from the room. The therapist paid attention to my concerned areas and I had a relaxing time here!

As part of my stay at the Four Seasons I organised a massage. I have travelled extensively but can say that this was one of the best massage sessions I have ever had. The combination of the sauna beforehand, the view of Hong Kong from the room and the outstanding massage from Kate who was the therapist was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

It was a very impressive spa service. I've personally visited many kind of spas from place to place, but Fourseasons Hong kong is one of the best service and facility. Moreover, all staffs are so kind!! Thank you very much and hope see you guys again someday.

Bow has the hands of an angel. I will have had her three times in five days. She is amazingly relaxing. She asks your preferences and then delivers. Her fingers and hands manipulate gently but firmly. I asked for softness and tenderness. That is what I got and enjoyed immensely. She recognizes knots in your muscles and removes them.
Arnold the attendant was really caring in providing all that you need. Always with a smile and never an attitude.
It sure feels good to be treated like both Arnold and Bow did in carrying out their jobs.
If they worked at the Four Seasons half a mile from my house in Westlake Village I would join and go at least every week.
I cannot say enough about the Spa based on these two wonderful people.
I said in the heading that Bow gave me the best massages that I have had anywhere ever. I have had so many all over the world. NONE even close to Bows massages.
Thank you Bow.

I have been a long time spa member (7 years) at the Four Seasons Hotel, Hong Kong. In the past I have recommended friends and family to use the spa as the facilities were world class and the therapists (particularly Freda who worked with me) were among the best I have experienced globally.
In the last two years, it is clear that the spa management has gotten from bad to worse. The turnover of reception, spa service staff as well as therapists increased dramatically. I used to know and recognize the staff at the spa but in recent visits, I am seeing new faces almost everytime. It was clear the spa management were "juniorizing" its staff.
I have purchased many spa packages at the spa over the years and my therapist remained the same for the last 7 years. On my most recent visit, my therapist indicated that she was getting pushed out and she will be resigning in late March. While disappointing, I made another appointment with her before her last day at the Four Seasons.
To my surprise in early March, I was notified by the spa that my therapist "has decided to leave early and urgently". This was a lie. Needless to say my request for a refund for my residual spa package was declined.
The deliberate juniorization of the spa personnel may make sense from a bottomline perspective but it will damage the brand over the long run. Frankly I am surprised this is happening at the Four Seasons.
I have been a fan and a regular customer of Four Seasons globally not just for hotel stays but dining and spa treatments as well. This is the lowest rating I have ever assigned to a Four Seasons related business and I am disturbed by how the Four Seasons flagship in Asia is allowing this mismanagement of its spa.

It's a birthday present from my friend, best present ever~~!
The expectations start with receiving the welcome email inviting me to arrive one hour prior the spa starts to enjoy the Vitality Lounge
Here is what's in the email:
" Your senses will be enhanced by beginning the journey in our Amethyst Crystal Steam Room, followed by a cool exfoliation from our Ice Fountain, then on to a light detox in our Finnish Sauna. The mind, body, and soul will be re-energized by floating in our Chi-Water Vitality Pool and you may finish your pre-treatment journey, unwinding in our tranquil Relaxation Lounge.
The Vitality Lounge offers fruit, tea, juice, and water, to keep your thirst quenched and hunger at bay."
I have to say all these words are true, as everything was so good. I spent an hour there before the spa, my body and my soul were totally relax before I got escorted to my treatment room in the other level which you have a private lift to take you there.
The moment i stepped into my treatment room, I in love with it. A small courtyard, a steam room with a massage bed inside, a toilet. It is spacious, clean and well set up.
The treatment started with having Dead Sea mud massaged into my body, and then rinsed away in the rain bath while i was still laying on the massage bed inside the steam room. What an experience! After that, I had the full-body deep tissue massage. I loved it!
I spent another half an hour in the lounge enjoying the complimentary champagne (a birthday treat!)
Big thumb up for Four Season service:
coz my treatment was paid in advance so I didn't walk to the cashier when I left, I was rushing to the Japanese restaurant in the hotel for dinner ( time flies in the lounge :P)
During the dinner, the waitress passed me a bag of present from The Spa, a small gift and a birthday card signed by all the staffs in The Spa. That's very lovely!!

The outdoor pool for the resort is co-ed, but only accessible to hotel guests. The spa facilities separate men and women, though men and women could schedule a treatment together.
