Macau is a short drive from Hong Kong over the amazing Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge which is an engineering feat and the longest open sea bridge in the world. Jacky with This is Asia Tour drove us from Hong Kong to Macau and then showed us the historic UNESCO side of Macau and then the modern gambling mecca with the many huge casinos. Jacky is a professional who customizes his tours to fit his customers. He is very knowledgeable and fun!

Ashley guided us on a night tour of Kowloon. She is very knowledgeable and fun! She gave us many insights into this amazing and bustling part of Hong Kong. Before our tour, Ashley reached out to get a better feel of us so she could tailor the tour and afterwards, she sent us a detailed email with the places we visited with a summary of each place!

This truly is the greatest, the fastest and the tallest day tour. Shenzhen was farmland not long ago and in 30 plus years became the 3rd largest city in China, with the second most skyscrapers in the world with the 5th tallest building in the world, and a bullet train to Hong Kong which takes a mere 13 minutes. Jacky expertly guided us on a full day of exploration of this new modern city. Once we arrived via train from Hong Kong, we chose to walk from one site to the next but if we were not up for the walking, Jacky could have ferried via taxi. We explored lively open air markets, massive underground malls, a flower festival at Lianhuashan Park, the Civic Center and 2 observations decks including the Ping A building that have 360 views of this impressive city.
We highly recommend this tour with Jacky and his company, This Is Asia Tour. Jacky is very knowledgeable and customized the tour to our interests. You do need a China Visa which increases the cost but was very worth it for us.

We can not say enough about Jacky. Our pick up at the cruise terminal went seamlessly as we set off to tour Hong Kong Island. Jacky is genuine and full of Hong Kong history. What makes Jacky so great is he really wants to immerse you into the culture of Hong Kong not just see the incredible views. He had us try different street foods and took us for a dim sum experience. You will not regret booking a tour with Jacky. He is the BEST!

We had excess time between Cruise end (AM) in Hong Kong and return flight home to Sydney, Australia (PM). We found Asia Private Tours online and liked the reviews so decided to contact Jacky to organize a 5hr tour. As we had already done 2 cruise excursions of HK, Jacky suggested we do Lantau Isl and put together an itinerary for us to review. Not only did we find the process with Jacky easy and without stress (end of a 15 cruise), the whole process was seemless and without fault from pickup at Cruise Terminal to drop off at HK Airport terminal. Linda (guide) and Henry (driver) were professional yet very friendly and knowledgeable, we got to experience places that were not on offer during cruise excursions, they allowed us the time to 'take our time' and we were not rushed. We would thoroughly recommend that if you have 'time to kill' in HK, that you get in touch with Jacky at Asia Private Tours!

Jacky provided us with a brilliant personal service, picking us up from the cruise terminal and taking us on a journey that took in many different parts of Hong Kong. Along the way he kept us very well informed of the city’s history and culture and brought it all to life by taking us to fascinating locations both on and off the beaten track. It was difficult to believe it was only a half-day tour, which Jacky finished off by taking us to a lunch venue which combined a vast array of authentic food with an amazing view of this stunning city. Jacky was friendly, courteous and informative throughout the tour (not to mention a pretty nifty driver!) and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking a more personal and customisable view of Hong Kong.

Een impressie in slechts 4 uur, het kan!
Een stukje geschiedenis, prachtige uitzichtpunten, proeverij van heerlijke broodjes en bovenal veel lol. Vanaf het afhalen tot aan het terugbrengen op het vliegveld top geregeld, met dank aan Jacky. Dit is het juiste adres voor een lay over in Hong Kong.

Does it make sense to be able to fit in all below in a 6 hour tour? VICTORIA PEAK, Vic peak gardens, tram, Vic harbor, star ferry, dried seafood market, bird market, observation deck , lions Pavillion, dim sum lunch, big Buddha, sim sim Wong temple, Kowloon garden chin Lin nunnery, tai o boat tour. I see you are able to avoid the choppy boat ride to Macao, so you mention there is a tunnel> What about entering Macao: Do you need a visa and if so, how can you quickly obtain one? thanks for the info.

Apologies for delay in responding. No visa needed for us. We just had our passports & upon arriving in HK, as a visitor we were issued landing slips in lieu of stamps on our passports/travel documents at Immigration control pont. Bring the landing slip as well. We were tourists. If you have a visa for work, you may have to have that as well. Ask the tour guide to confirm what you require. Hope that is helpful. (Note - We avoided boat ride because guide had car & all necessary permits to use bridge.)
